You use to be able to walk parts of it but now overgrown or blocked by council for safety this is the end nearer to town which is signposted for tourism.

There is something for everyone fascinating industrial buildings on the parts you can walk along in the city to beautiful country views as you walk towards Beverley and beyond. For anyone interested in bridges and Bridge architecture. There are a lot of unusual Bridges to see. Drypool lifting Bridge painted with Venn diagrams after Charles venn who was born and lived nearby. Is one of three of that type in the city boundary, a quite rare type in the country.
