Impact MMA is a brilliant gym, my son goes to the junior classes and loves them. They offer a huge variety from MMA, boxing, muay Thai, submission grappling and strength and conditioning, as well as lots of open mats and gym sessions and even sports massage and 1-2-1 coaching. The coaches are all brilliant with the kids and everyone is super welcoming. It's a brilliant atmosphere very fun and vibrant, my son loves it so much he trains seven days a week now. The different memberships available means there is something for every budget and it's definitely well worth the money. There's also comfy seating for parents to sit and watch. Highly recommend impact MMA.

Dear Diesel Gym Management,I am writing this review to bring to your attention the concerning issue of hygiene at your gym. I have noticed that the mats, the ring and the cage are not hoovered and mopped after every session, which raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the gym.It is crucial that mats are regularly cleaned and disinfected to prevent the spread of infections. Not cleaning the mats after every class could lead to a buildup of sweat, dirt, and bacteria, which can cause infections such as athlete's foot, ringworm, and staph infections. These infections can spread rapidly, especially in a gym environment where people are in close contact with each other.Since I joined almost two weeks ago, I have noticed that the changing room is not clean, and there are blood stains on the wall that have not been cleaned.As a gym-goer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene in the facilities provided. The presence of blood stains on the wall is not only unsightly but also raises serious concerns about the potential for the spread of infectious diseases. The changing room is a high traffic area, and if it is not cleaned on daily basis , it can become a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses that can lead to illnesses.As a customer, I expect a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene from the gym I am paying to use. It is not only a matter of personal comfort but also a matter of health and safety. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that the mats are hoovered and mopped after every class to prevent the risk of infections and to provide a clean and safe environment for your customers.N.B. I noticed only once this Sunday that the mats in the JJ area has been blown, but still not mopped.I gave 2 stars only because of the cleaning. This does not apply to the coaching team, they are brilliant.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

These are the best instructional, innovative, technical and safe classes I have ever taken. I personally have decades of experience in Martial Arts. Including Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Freestyle Wrestling.After living in the US for 20 years. And training or teaching at some of the best gyms there. (UFC Gym Astoria, Kings MMA, NYAC, Gleason's Boxing Gym, Church St Boxing The Wat NYC)Catch Wrestling is a very effective and realistic self defence system.That was developed in the North of England.Even with my knowledge and experience, I find the classes extremely insightful and educational. And learn so much especially with Vic’s attention to detail and patience with every participant.Whether you are a beginner or advanced these classes will supplement your training, and also are not dependent on your fitness level.So give them a try!

Joined up in January for a beginners course with a mate for something to do, get out of the house, clear the head etc. Never had a huge interest in martial arts / mma to be honest.I've loved my first two months and couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking to take up a new sport or looking to be more active in their week.Super friendly team, Harry and Shane took our beginner class and they have been superb. Everybody in the gym is sound and welcoming.Top bunch of people and a great gym.

Shows are good. Staff lovely! Wouldn't recommend asking some the wrestlers for a hug after shows as they call you a creep. And some but not all wrestlers are very horrible and give the place a bad name.

I came in on a Sunday, expecting to have nice, easy rolls. I was sorely disappointed when I got my guard passed for the twelfth time in a five minute round. I was introduced to the mat against my will multiple times, and considered hanging up my Gi for good sometime around the end. Overall, great environment and top quality training partners. Would visit again.
