Love the steps for kids to pay, it is a small place but rammed packed full of things, nicely stocked, like the offers on display too.

The staff are always happy to help and offer help when you visit the store. There is a variety of toys for all ages ranging from educational to collectors ranges such as marvel, lego, puzzles etc. Its always a pleasure to walk through the door and my son loves it

The shop itself is lovely, clean and has friendly staff. But I feel like now there isn't much variety in toys and gifts, so was a little bit of a wasted journey. I still spent around 100 in there with my daughter but she was disappointed there wasn't rainbow high in there knowing it is a popular toy and the shelves were stacked and restocked. As one of the only toy stores easily accessible to many people you would expect more.

Decent range of toys. Prices are variable, some of the special offers are very good but worth doing a quick price check before you buy.A lot of the stuff is marketing tie in merchandise for big brands, but that's true everywhere. Covers a fairly wide range of ages.An extra star because the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Ordered an received an amazing Mima Xari pram. My wife saw it online and wanted it. Despite the price I can guarantee you won’t regret it. I have never gone out with it and not received a compliment. It’s very easy to set up and take down when we’re out.Friends and family who didn’t buy it on our wish list are gob smacked how sleek and ‘trendy’ it looks every time. The service I got from the store was incredible and I’d recommend you configure and order well before your due date so it’s ready for your collection by the time you baby arrives.Thank you

Busy store. Good service from Jane and her colleagues. All staff were helpful and customer aware.From a business point of view it's a master class in up selling.I have four kids and created an online build bear account.Disappointed this didn't have any value at the till. No incentive from creating the account on signing up.

Got a Teddy stuffed knocked back all other stuff cause you need to take out a loan if getting everything they try to give you ontop of the stuffing .the shop was mobbed and roasting and two folk stuffing ment a que formed and stood waiting in heat then lassie trys selling other stuff to u while waiting in heat in que not good.And the bath thing at back of store which I really feel could be doing with getting fixed not first time been been a good amount of times and bath always not working I mean one bear purchase alone would cover it getting fixed with the price of them?Staff were talkative and good at there jobs I'm sure I will be back some point in future when next bear required hope this helped lol
