I can’t recommend Rosehill highly enough. They were so caring and compassionate when I lost my beautiful Great Dane, Lilah. They explained everything to me from start to finish and beyond and were totally guided by what we wanted. What set them apart though was when they came to collect her they were happy to just sit there and listen for ages while we talked about her and what she was like and showed them photos. They genuinely cared for Lilah and for us. Lilah’s ashes also came home presented in the most beautiful way. Thank you Chloe, Billy, and Dan and the whole team.

I rang up first thing on a Tuesday morning after having my baby unexpectedly put to sleep the night before.I had an appointment the same day, being offered a later appointment to calm my emotions down.The crematorium is in a lovely quiet place, all you can hear are birds. Such a beautiful place.My little boy was handled with care and respect and we said our goodbyes in the family room.We were told he would be ready to pick up on Thursday.We collected him and he was perfectly presented in a lovely tin, his fur clippings in a lovely card as well as his cremation certificate.The whole journey has been extremely emotional but we felt at ease as soon as we arrived at C.LI will be coming back again in the future

Valley pet cremations are amazing. My boy Todd was picked up 4 days earlier than I was told and delivered back 4 days later. I didn't have to wait the two weeks. His ashes were beautifully packed and the receptionists were so caring. Thankyou so much for your sympathy and empathy. Todd will swim all the time,the tide will be forever in xx

We just wanted to take time to say THANK YOU for how you cared for our Wonderful, beautiful crazy Boxer Cooper and also us. You made one of the most horrible times of our life a little easier. Laying him into that beautiful wicker basket and you helped us to make him comfy just showed us that you would look after him and you put us all at ease.When we came to take him home it was so peaceful and the sun was shining through the summer house.The lovely card you gave along with Coopers paw print / clipping of fur touched our hearts.I've attached a photo of our Crazy Man.Thanks again to your whole teamThe Marsh Family xxx

Very efficient , professional and considerate, would well recommend this service

We sadly had to let our beautiful Millie go to sleep for the final time. Companions Haven were so compassionate and completely understood how devastated we all were. We chose a wonderful frame which would hold our girls ashes and some paw prints both in clay and ink. These are wonderful keepsakes and show all the detail in her little paws. Everything was wrapped up beautifully and you could tell that care and attention was given throughout.

Just collected our darling little Pheobe and brought her home.Having had the unfortunate experience of requiring the service of The Pet Crematorium twice before we know how very helpful and sincere the staff can be. They did not let us down on this occasion for which I can't thank them enough.

Excellent personal service, looked after nanny so well made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, really was available to us whenever we needed. Would highly recommend.
