Ernest is such an amazing person. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. I did my NIN here and had a few issues with my name. Ernest went above and beyond to help me get this sorted. He has very engaging and nice staff. I will totally recommend this shop. Thank goodness I didn't go with the reviews!!!

Wonderful and quick experience getting my FBI background check done. I had the results a mere few hours after my appointment. The lady who took my fingerprints (I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name) was lovely, helpful, thorough and transparent about the process. It is refreshing to see this level of professionalism in a member of staff nowadays! I highly recommend this service.

This is a very professional company. I experienced a truly excellent customer service. I would always recommend this company to anyone.Though it was not a service as those they usually offer - just thumb prints - they were thorough. A brilliant service. From the admin teams' handling of enquires and their rapid response time, it was seamless and efficient. And extra thanks to Kevin the fingerprint expert for being professional and kind and for the genuine conversation. They also provided the appropriate form for a South African police clearance and have experience in the requirements from South Africa and SAPS. I would highly recommend UK Fingerprints. I called UK Fingerprint in a bit of a panic. I had gone to another company who quoted me an extortionate amount of money for fingerprints for replacement identity documents and needed the fingerprints taken the same day. Not only did they book me in for an appointment 3 hours later, but charged me HALF what the other company wanted to charge, saw me earlier than planned, reviewed my documents and found a couple of missed signatures, let me use their breakout area for a work call and AND Harry and Becca were so friendly.If you are looking elsewhere, I wouldn't bother, UK Fingerprints are excellent and the cheapest I could find.Thanks Nigel and the team for the great service!

Friendly police women. I fell like becoming a policewoman after my encounter with them. All had a friendly smile and were ready to attend to you.

I went there to enrol for NIN. One lady attended to me and was very polite, patient and helpful despite the technical challenges that were experienced that day.The next week I called to inquire why I had not gotten my NIN because I was told I would get it after 48 hours. I was informed that they were experiencing network challenges, that I would get it hopefully the coming week.As promised I got 2 NINs for my 2 kids but did not get for the third kid. I called to let them know I had received the numbers for 2 of the kids pending one. One Ernest answer the phone and was very rude. He started by asking if I was not told that they were having network problem. I tried to explain to him that I was told and I was also told it would be fixed the previous week. I went further to tell him I had gotten the NIN for 2 of the kids just pending one. He began to raise his voice at me asking me who told last week.I did not deserve the way and manner he treated me. I paid for the service so I should be given an acceptable customer treatment.

She was able to clear up any questions I had about the process and even taught me a few things about fingerprints.She was very accommodating and made the whole process enjoyable. The whole team is responsive with communication and more than helpful.The location is a modern building and conveniently located right outside monument tube station.Again, anyone needing fingerprints taken for the FBI, or others, I would recommend using UK Fingerprints.
