Something happened between order and checkout whereby I ended up getting something embossed that I didn’t want (not even sure how it happened). With it being a Christmas present I thought they would help rectify. They didn’t and I pushed to at least add an initial on so it was slightly meaningful and it has been so difficult. I ordered here as thought it was like other quality brands, it isn’t and seems very hard work to deal with. This is the second purchase I’ve made and likely the last. Unfortunate as I had a good experience last time.
