Very poor experience with a company I went to because of their reputation of being professional !I had my VW Sirocco to have it diagnosed and repaired properly. The car was dropped to Leeford, at this time I knew the car had an oil leak and a misfire from looking at my driveway and seeing the oil patches and when driving I could feel the misfire.Leeford had a quick look at it told me what I knew already then charged me £122.00 for the privilege and said I'd have to rebook the car for two weeks time to have it diagnosed"! That's why I took it there in the first place.They seemed very reluctant to take on the job of actually repairing the car but then why would you when you can simply charge customers to tell them what they already know."

Absolutely brilliant experience buying my new mini. It was personal and the salesman made the experience very special. Despite the fact that he did this a number of times a day, he understood that it was a special moment for me. He took his time and ensured I understood all aspects of my new car. It was an absolute pleasure and the added gifts made it that more special. I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly the salesman Andrew Mullen.

Could not believe how great the car looked, it was like new the pictures did not do it justice. FSH low mileage and all the invoices for work done over it's little used life.Michael who assisted us with our purchase was excellent.They say they are the best priced car dealers around and they are not kidding 5*

No stars given ... they have ripped me off for about £6000 .. says they have replaced parts and haven't and yet charged me .. bad communication.. and take forever to do any work ... attitude is horrendous ... GO ELSEWHERE !!

Great experience with this garage Scott and the team including the service support staff . Were so helpful gave me the best price for the job and it was carried out to a exceptional high level. Would fully recommend.

Cannot fault Walkers Autotech. Had recommendations to use Walkers from a couple of friends and I can see why that rate them so highly. Pricing was fair and the service was on another level (intercooler replacement and ECU remap). Andy went above and beyond, to the point of even staying late to make sure I had my car back, ready for work the next day. The work done was perfect. I will be coming here again when I need more work done.

Lauren Marr is simply the BEST Mini sales executive I’ve have purchased a Mini from! And I’ve purchased 5 in total and two of these were from Lauren… not only does she know her brand, she’s a true Mini enthusiast…. This will not be my last vehicle purchase from her.

This is a fairly long review, so he's the short version: I bought a car from John Clark Mini Aberdeen, I love it, the customer service was great (Jenni-Leigh was superb), but buying a £40k car that requires repairs immediately isn't what I wanted at all.Starting off with the bad things:After I had committed to buying the car (reserved, visited the dealer, confirmed I want it and will purchase etc) it was reduced by a further £400 on the website. This reduction I was not given. As part of buying a car from John Clark Mini, there was a plethora of add-ons (I had to pay for £25 worth of fuel in the car? A £150 administration fee? Ridiculous, in my opinion) I did my best to give the car a thorough looking over, but nevertheless it was not good enough as here are some things I spotted upon returning home with the car:- Paint chip on the rear arch, after I asked to touch up some of the marks all over the car- Crack in grille mesh for an intake (which is going to cost me over £740 to replace)- Seat plastic is not fitted properly- I have to get the shocks replaced as they are leaking oil. Remember, I spent £40k on this car. Thankfully I purchased the best warranty I could with John Clark Mini, so hopefully the shocks will be replaced under warranty soon.- Rear numberplate isn't straight. This is a very minor one, but still.All of these things are pretty disappointing for a car that I spent forty thousand pounds on.As for the good bits, the communication I received was pretty spot on. The walkaround video was great, all emails were answered swiftly, when they said they would ring me back they did in fact ring me back. I spoke to Jenni-Leigh who dealt with my purchase, who was absolutely stellar and I recommend anyone visiting John Clark mini to ask for her. Being allowed to test drive the car for as long as I liked was massively appreciated, so I can't thank the dealership enough for allowing me the time I needed to make sure it was the right car for me.Anyways, I would visit John Clark Mini in Aberdeen again, I would just make sure I do a more thorough check over of the car before I purchased.
