Awful service. Had to phone up 3 times to chase up an order before i got a reply. Having received the items we noticed that a batch of products was missing despite the invoice saying it was included. Having called again they stated we signed for the package so therefore confirmed it contained all goods. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason you sign for packages.... its to confirm receipt of the package.

Ordered sample glasses from this company, lady on the phone went above and beyond to get them to me as quick as she could. arrived quickly as promised.Excellent customer service and happy customer100% recommended

I ordered from this company and although they could not fulfill my order due to supply problems which many companies are struggling with at the moment we had a refund and the customer service was second to none! They kept in touch till the refund was back in the bank! And also they're keeping an eye on stock should they have the items I want, great company great service!!

Super fast delivery in time for our event. Excellent quality products. Really helpful staff - Karen. Sent through a sample so we could view product before ordering in bulk. Will definitely be using MBS again

Disorganised & non-communicative. Took 2 and a half weeks and 4 chasing phone calls to get half my order of plates and glasses. The other half was simply refunded 2 weeks after ordering, apparently they never had the stock in the first place! So I ended up with random amounts of items, such as 5 out of 12 glasses ordered - what good is that?! Didn't receive one email update. 2 stars only because the quality of the products that did arrive were as expected. Now I need to shop around to buy the missing items! I wouldn't use MBS again.

First time using MBS Wholesale, I asked to return some items as I did not need them Received a very quick response telling me to return them which I did. My refund was made within 2 daysEverything about buying from MBS is easy and very efficient I will be using them again and would recommend them highly.

Waste of time. Specifically showing an item In Stock" on their website. Ordered it approx 6.00pm Wednesday evening (understanding full well I had missed the order cut off for the day). By 2:15pm on Friday there was not even a confirmation of dispatch which I would expect to be next working day with any online service.Upon phoning them I was told they were being "delivered direct from the supplier" and would "probably arrive Monday". When I queried that they weren't actually in stock and why was their website showing as such

Dreadful quality products -- half of a large bulk order of jars had degraded within the first year to the point that shards of glass were chipping off habitually due to the stiff, low-quality clip mechanisms snapping against the brittle glass too forcefully. Have had to recycle all of these now as they were simply a safety hazard, especially in a food retail environment, with large amounts of food having to be disposed of because of glass contamination and staff sometimes cutting their hands on the jars just from trying to close them.Trying to communicate these severe issues to MBS Wholesale was an ordeal -- they were defensive and tried to suggest we'd somehow mishandled the jars and even made the excuses that the jars were of 'variable quality' (a huge red flag), their mechanisms were 'supposed to be stiff' to work properly and that the issues could be isolated to our 'batch'. They also tried to exaggerate the timescale since we'd bought them to minimise the issues, even though these products are supposed to be for preservation and so last long-term anyway (certainly longer than they did).Granted, they eventually offered to send replacement jars, though why we'd want more of these given the issues stated is a mystery. They also deferred all responsibility to the supplier and refused to admit a problem or issue a refund, even in part, and clearly haven't pulled the products from their website, which shows where their priorities lie.Haven't had any of these issues with Kilner jars of the same size despite purchasing them at the same time and using them for the same purposes -- avoid and invest in products of higher quality and brand reputation.

Great reliable service they always go a long way to make sure you get what you looking for. As a restauranteur would definitely recommend using Mbs. Special mention to Karen, Lisa and Narelle. Thank you
