I have worked for DictateNow for 9 years having been made redundant from a previous city law firm. DictateNow is a flexible company to work for and I have the ability to work hours to fit around my children and my lifestyle. There is plenty of work available which is very varied and no two days are the same. I have the ability to do extra hours if I have any spare time at evenings or weekends or whenever I wish. Working from home has been a godsend to me. Having school age children I am able to work around school hours but still be available for my children. I do not miss the expense of commuting to work or having to pay for childcare. Everyone at DictateNow are lovely and very helpful and even though I am many miles from their office they are only a phone call or email away.

What a difference a change makes - I have been working for DictateNow for about 8 years since leaving behind the 4 hour round trip to work in the City behind me. The staff are always helpful and a pleasure to work with. There is always plenty of varied work - I now get to work in areas of law I had never before worked in so learning something at the same time! No phone ringing all day, no long lists of emails to get through, no office politics to contend with and no stress. I wish I had considered it years earlier.

I thoroughly enjoy working for DictateNow as a legal typist. The work is interesting and I am always busy. As a mother of three young children, finding work to fit around school had proved impossible, and so working with DictateNow has been invaluable. I am able to choose the hours that suit my circumstances and there is plenty of opportunity to work extra hours. All of the staff at Head Office are friendly and helpful and there is full IT support. I wish I had thought of this years ago!

I am a legal typist with DictateNow and have been part of the team for 2 years now. I had worked as a legal secretary/PA since leaving school but having children meant that it was difficult to have that perfect work/life balance, and working with DictateNow has given me that opportunity. I love being able to work from home and do not miss having to commute to work, or the office environment. Working for DictateNow gives you the opportunity of working in varied areas of law rather than one specific area, and there is always plenty of work, giving you the option to work extra hours if you want to boost your income.The support network provided by DictateNow is excellent and help is always at hand if needed. I have worked with DictateNow for nearly 3 years and I find the work both varied and interesting. I am able to work the hours that suit my lifestyle but still with the flexibility to work more hours if I wish and don't have the hassle of commuting to an office. The staff who work there are all very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have worked for DictateNow for three years now and i can honestly say it was the best move i ever made. I enjoy a variety of work that i had never had the opportunity to undertake in a law firm and over the three years i feel my skills have increased better. I enjoy the work with DictateNow alot more than the work i did as a Legal Secretary. I have a good work life balance and i cannot imagine going back out to work in a law firm or having to commute back and forth each day! I hope to continue working for DictateNow for many years to come as i enjoy my work with them! The staff at the office are very much colleagues even though i do live many miles away from them all!

I got a call from DictateNow regarding the possibility of working from home and this was of interest to me as I have an elderly dog who needs a close eye being kept on her so I decided to quit the commuting and work from home. I have been working for DictateNow for a year and a half now. I am an experienced (40 plus years) Legal Secretary/PA having worked in London for many years before moving up to Yorkshire. I enjoy my job immensely and although I mainly work in the Legal Sector there are occasions when I am able to work in other sectors such as Government/Estate Agents/Schools etc where I can familiarise myself with the different type of work and also add some extra skills to my bow! The work I am involved in is extremely interesting and varied (I work in all sectors in the legal field which I find very interesting and enjoyable). The fact that I can shower and dress and just come down the stairs in the morning and just log on is fantastic - no travelling/commuting means more time for personal activities (I love long walks in the morning before I start work and at lunchtime) and also very cost effective now saving me over £200.00 per month in travel fees. Although I work full time hours I have the option to work part-time but at the moment full-time hours suit me. I can also undertake extra hours if I wish by logging on after hours and just picking up a dictation from the list to earn that bit extra when needed. The job I do really suits my lifestyle now and I am very happy and content with my lot. I find the Quality Assurance Team extremely helpful when needed - if I have a query they are very quick to assist in making my job a lot easier. The IT team are also fantastic and they have also given me some really good tips which I never knew before, Michael especially is a fantastic trainer, anything you need to be trained up on he is there to give advice and his training is impeccable to say the least. The lady in HR is brilliant and there has never been a problem in booking time off when needed (as long as you give some notice so that she can find appropriate cover) and also very quick to sort out your salary at the beginning of each month. In a nutshell I am very content and happy working for DictateNow.

Having retired from the NHS as a full time medical secretary I needed a part time job to keep my brain active and earn some money to top up my pension. Working for Dictate Now has fitted the bill perfectly. I am able to work from home and chose the hours which suit me. The work is varied and interesting and certainly keeps my brain ticking over. I have the benefits of being self employed but without any overheads or outlay. I am fully supported by the Dictate Now staff and whilst it can be lonely being a home worker, there is always someone there at the end of the phone or on-line if help or support is needed.

I have been a typist with DictateNow for seven years. I worked as a secretary in the legal sector for 25 years before that. This is the best job I have ever had. So many pros, but just a few are the fact that there is no commute to work, there are flexible hours, my work/life balance is finally balanced and I am home for deliveries! The assistance I get from everyone in the DictateNow team is also fantastic - helping me with all IT problems, queries, etc. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I have been working for Dictate Now for almost two years and am very glad that I made the change from working in an office. Working from home suits my current lifestyle and it is great not having to travel to and from work. I only work part time but having the opportunity to work extra hours if and when I want to is ideal. The staff in the office are very helpful and friendly.
