Definitely a 5* visit and a 5* vehicle.I arranged an appointment to see a car that I had found on AutoTrader that morning, I turned up, the car was ready, working, valleted and I was able to take it for a test drive. The staff were not pushy at all and the paperwork was easy and informative.I had previously visited around 10 different dealers from AutoTrader and CarGurus, and this was by far the best visit by miles!I bought an 11 plate Ford Focus and it's great! Definitely 5*

Do not bother!!! Honestly bought a car from them not long after car stopped working! I will be taking it further as they’ve refused to sort this matter out! How can I just buy the car and 4 hrs later breaks down, unacceptable! Don’t waste your money

Car broke down on day one and was undriveable. They refused to collect or agree to a local repair. Didn't meet AA Dealer promise criteria either. Couldn't provide all paperwork as it had been 'archived'.Took them to court and won full cost of repairs. Even that settlement wasn't paid until the last of the 21 days given to them by the court.Avoid!In response to owner's reply:We made every attempt to work with this dealer including offering (unnecessarily) to cover 50% of the repairs to which they didn't respond. Hopefully this experience will stop other consumers falling foul of their apalling customer service. If you purchase from them ensure you don't leave until they've given you the pre-sale checklist.Yes, we gave Swindon Court 1 star as they have no admin staff and admitted as much. Not for the obvious correct decision reached by the judge.And yes, I agree you should read their other reviews although why they would suggest this is a mystery.

biggest fraud. Said my car had ulez on the website and in person. Turns out it didn’t and when i called them about this they said they hadn’t said mentioned anything about ulez.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Not impressed with this company at all. Chose a car with them, they were arranging finance through their company (didn't ask if had a pilocy in place- but thought it would be fine as may beat my current providers quote). I asked to put down deposit to hold the car, told me probably wouldn't as non refundable and waiting on finance to be approved. (My thoughts ok fair enough) Anyway. While in the process of applying for finance on said vehicle, they sold the car!They text me at 3pm to tell me car was sold this morning. Why didn't they call? Why didn't they let me know this morning? Red flag. Wanted the car gone? Wanted the money?The finance company is now on the hard searches of my credit rating account. My current car finance provider had approved a new finance but told me they would not pay the company due to reasons they wouldn't divulge. The company is also set up in a tin shed in the middle of an industrial estate.Red flags everywhere!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Update: Was called the same day, person who I spoke to told me there were no mechanics available but gave me some good advice on how to proceed. So far so good, car is running smoothly.Will update this review depending on how my issue is resolved.Bought a car from Finance Car Shop yesterday, car ran fine on the ride home, tire pressure light came on but that's no biggie as it's easily fixed. Went to turn the car on today and airbag + brake warnings came on and the car won't start. This is most likely a problem with the battery. Nothing was left on that could potentially drain it, lights, radio, air con, nothing.Called them promptly explaining the issue and was told to email them instead, which I did. I then called again as I need to drive places and asked for someone to come down and look at the issue seen as the car won't even lock. Was told that this needed to be passed on to management. So I'm left with a dead car I bought yesterday and no help or prompt response from them whatsoever. Will be returning the car if this issue is not looked into swiftly. Will also update this review once this process is complete.2 stars because of course, the sale process went smoothly. Aftercare, not so much.

Dealership sold the car without telling us - fair enough, except they knew we had booked an AA inspection. So AA turrned up to find the car had gone, and we got charged £76 call out fee. One email (or even updating website) would have saved us. Very disappointed,

Bought nissan qashqai car from them a week ago. Nice customer service, nice running car got as seen in pics and after sales service was good as well as got some issue with stereo which got resolved very next day by their garage. Overall very good service.

They are quite nice until you buy it, but after you bough it they don't really help anything.

We bought a car recently from here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a couple of problems with the car once getting home. However, they were more than happy to help any way they could. They arranged for warranty to call me and warranty were great and helped resolve the issue with the garage. We live over an hours drive away so we were not in a position to pop it back and everyone worked together to get a resolve. If it was based purely on the level of service I would rate 5* as they really did try to remove all stress. Unfortunately because of the car problems it’s 4* but even with that it would be 4 1/2. Please do not be put off. Cars are unique things and the most important thing is if you buy a car and something goes wrong. Are they willing to help? And yes they definitely are here. So you can put your trust in them knowing that if there is an issue they will do their very best to resolve it.
