Hi I've rented a scooter from this company for the last 28 months along side 2 of my work colleagues, the company was fantastic, until some new management came in , there is a man called thiago he is very rude and very aggressive i made a payment for the bike on the 5th of February, I was emailed on the 17th telling me I had an outstanding balance which I was willing to pay as much as I could, I replied straight away 3 times to be ignored and for them to take the bike un announced and leave me stranded, the company took my expensive winter coat my chargers documents and other bits etc and the new man thiago doesn't even have the simplest of communication skills , can't email or use a phone, I've had problems but we would always sort out but I'm not being charged an extra 250 pound because you recovered my bike without even giving me the opportunity to pay.
