The experience was great from the time I spoke to Long Do who sold me the vehicle, his knowledge was great and even followed on with a call to made sure everything went well, overall the correspondence on the phone and emails to arriving at the dealership was great, I was made very comfortable at my arrival and enjoyed the test drive. My time overall was good and all the staff I had interactions made me feel welcome and served me with the best coffee and refreshments.

It was an interesting day today as conclude the purchase of my spouses’ car. Yes, we picked it up. Mr. Long Do our advisor of Lexus Nottingham was very helpful, flexible, friendly and no boring moment with him. The rest of the team all the way to the ladies at the front office were all good!!

We dropped off our car as planned, hassle-free, and was kept informed without delay about the progress of the service and MOT. We were sent the video in a timely manner. We called the service department at around 1.30pm before we head off home, in case we could collect the car by then, and were delighted to be informed that the car was being valeted by then and so we collected it half an hour later. The only thing we noticed was that the car boot was not part of the valet, unless it was simply missed on this occasion. Many thanks to the service team for a job well done.

I went to the dealership with my elderly mother yesterday and she began to feel unwell with her diabetes becoming somewhat uncontrolled. Long Do was familiar with the management of a diabetic customer and all was fine.Many thanks Long . 10 out of 10 .My mother and I were then able to view the new UX all electric model with help of Jordan whom we’ve always found to be very helpful.Very professional .

At the beginning of 2022 lead times for a new car were very long indeed. With that in mind I decided it was time to order a new car to replace my existing BMW. After much deliberation I decided upon a Lexus NX and the question then became one of 'at which dealership should I place my order?' For me the choice was either Sheffield, Derby or Nottingham. After visiting all three, the most comfortable experience was at Lexus Nottingham so in May 2022 I placed my order with them. Part way between placing the order and receiving the car there was a change of personnel and Long Do took ownership of my order. The service Long provided was excellent; he kept me fully informed whenever Lexus provided a change of expected delivery date, and whenever I had a question Long provided the answer. When the car arrived at the dealership in August 2023 Long telephoned me and we arranged a delivery date only for me to subsequently contact him and delay collection. A few days before I was due to collect the car I sold my BMW privately meaning I was no longer going to part exchange it. It also gave me a logistical issue of how to get to the dealership. Long was brilliant, he updated the order to show no part exchange and on 27 September collected me from the train station. I have to say Long is a true gentleman and consummate professional.I am more than happy with the service from Lexus Nottingham and have no hesitation in recommending them. As for the NX, it was well worth the wait. Fortunately lead times are currently nowhere near as long as they were in May 2022.

Absolutely stunning selection of new and used vehicles to choose from! Brilliant service and always kept in the loop every step of the way!I have been a long time customer with MB Nottingham (over 20 years). I have not switched car brands in such a long time due to never having any real problems with Mercedes however recently I had been trying to arrange a test drive of one of their newer vehicles with the new 'Mercedes Me' interior (20 plate and newer) but after being messed around a few times over the phone whilst trying to arrange a viewing/test drive I was recommended to a friend of a friend over at Lexus Nottingham.Scarlet was a delight throughout the whole process of part-exchanging my older mercedes in for a newer Lexus and the whole process was over and completed within around 3-4 weeks (This was slightly longer due to issues with experian returning my credit report so I cant really fault lexus for this.) Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a hot beverage whilst I took a look at some of their vehicles. If finances and the Mrs had allowed; their would be no doubt that I would have requested her to source me an LFA but alas I decided to go for the much more sensible option of a UX250 Hybrid model with sport styling.I am quite an unpatient person so rather than putting myself down on the wait list for the 72 plate model I decided to go for an already available model which was down at anotjer lexus branch. Scarlet was brilliant throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop whenever the keys for the car had moved one step closer to being in my hands. Her knowledge of the vehicles astounded me as she was very well informed about the vehicles they sold.... which was absolutely wonderful as in the past whenever I have dealt with younger sales staff they tend to have to go back and forth between managers to get information but with this purchase, this was not the case.Keep up the good work Nottingham Lexus and once again... a special mention to Scarlet, for making the whole process a smooth one.P.s. i have added a few pictures of my new car and will definitely be back again soon for my daughters first car ❤️
