Wex Photo Video Nottingham

I recently bought a SONY camera and lens from Wex Nottingham, and received incredible customer service - namely by shop assistants Raphina and Elliot. They were happy to chat with me to talk through my camera options, were genuinely interested in my projects and rang immediately when my orders arrived in-store. Not only were they personable, enthusiastic and supportive, but they also made me feel like part of Nottingham’s photography community - informing me of events and offering 1-to-1 support to help set up my camera. Can’t recommend this team and store enough!

Excellent advice, service and price. I’ve been popping in and quizzing the Wex Team about a new camera for several months now - always helpful and spent time explaining advantages and disadvantages of various products. Thanks Charlie for making the total buying experience an enjoyable one.

The team at Nottingham Wex are brilliant, if I ever have any questions or need help I will be going to themI have just upgraded my kit after 10+ year.I went to a couple of camera shops then tried Wex Nottingham and spoke to Clarice, she was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I decided once I settled on what camera I wanted I would use that shop.They didn't disappoint! I rang Monday and asked questions and said the camera I wanted wasn't in stock at their store. Clarice ordered it then and there on the phone and told me someone would call when it was in. I got that call and heading to Nottingham, Elliot remembered me from my first visit and was so welcoming and helpful.I left with a camera and lens and a massive smile on my face.If you ever want help, advice or camera kit go to them. I have visited the Nottingham store twice since it first opened.I received excellent service and patient advice from Elliot today. He was happy to show me the cameras I was interested in and offered guidance when required. Nice to deal with a sales consultant who was knowledgeable.

Amie the manager is so passionate the Wex brand and really helpful.Although I never spent any money I did feel like a valued customer.They even have a photo studio you can hire.Nice to finally have a friendly camera store in Nottingham !!

I initially called into Wex to browse cameras and do some research on which camera I'd like to buy. Charlie Marsh assisted me and gave me lots of information, helping me to decide on the right camera for my uses. Charlie was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. I returned the following week to buy mycamera and Charlie again, was very helpful, talking me through the different functions. Fantastic service, thank you Charlie.

I have been to Wex Photo in Nottingham twice in the last week or so, considering swapping my camera and purchasing a bag. In those two visits I must have spent around 7 hours in total, all of which was spent with Charlie Marsh, one of the shop’s sales consultants.
