Fantastic overall experience with Lexus Leceister from start to finish. My experience purchasing an IS300 was amazing and our sales executive Phillip Litchfield provided us with an outstanding standard of care and he provided us with update throughout the whole process and made the overall experience of purchasing our Lexus stress free and enjoyable. He answered all our questions and he did the extra mile to respond to all the queries. We couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend engaging with Lexus Leicester and Phillip where possible.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the recent car purchase from your dealership four months ago. On the day of collection, I encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied with the overall service.Despite assurances from the salesman, Hiten, the car was not ready upon collection. Promised paint touch-ups were not performed, and the car was noticeably dirty, contrary to the promised thorough cleaning.Additionally, the fuel tank fell short of the agreed-upon level, and I have yet to receive the promised touch-up kit after four months.My attempts to address these concerns through numerous emails have gone unanswered, reflecting a lack of responsiveness from your team.Furthermore, when I requested the promised fuel money, I was advised to travel from London to Leicester, which is highly inconvenient.I advise future customers to thoroughly inspect their cars before leaving this dealership otherwise there won’t be anyone available to reply back to your emailsStay away If you can

Part exchanged my old car and bought my new GS300 from here. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Benjamin Gregory has been very helpful. Also as an extra I had ceramic paint protection done on this car and they’ve done absolutely amazing job, the car looks brand new. Totally worth it. I was greeted by Richard in the service department and he confirmed all the work to be carried out. A nice cup of coffee was also provided.I was also sent a video link of the inspection carried out and received a call to advise it was ready for collection.All requested items had been attended to and the car was washed and cleaned so it looked like new. I like the shape of show room, big car park on the side. Friendly staff, they are always trying to help and support. In my opinion it's a very good dealer.
