Service was absolutely fantastic. Chris talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. He didn’t make me feel silly for asking as many questions as I had. He was extremely professional and ended up saving me money as he advised I didn’t need as many cameras as originally planned! The quality of the cameras are great and the app is really easy to use. I had Chris quote me for cameras some time ago so had time to put them to the test and they are amazing!Chris came and assessed my property and actually advised me he could provide me with full coverage with 2 less cameras than I expected! He showed me how he would achieve this and after showing me my options we settled on the camera type, NVR box and storage options.On the day of fitting I realised Chris’s attention to detail was like he was fitting them to his own home not a customers! Nothing was too much fuss for Chris and he even took a more difficult wiring route through two loft spaces to achieve a wireless free look.The coverage was perfect and once he was happy he took me through the control centre explaining it in simple terms to ensure I understood how it all worked and what capabilities it had. He even set up schedules, zones and notifications as well as adding the app on my phone and tablet.Even the after service has been amazing, I had a new WiFi router recently and I started fiddling with the NVR box myself and broke something (all my own fault!) however Chris talked me through the issue and it was resolved in 5 minutes! I have already recommended Chris to friends who have had similar systems fitted and all share my experiences. If your looking for any safety systems work, I would look no further!

Chris was tasked to take down a defunct wired alarm system that was more than decades old & install a new wireless alarm system in its place that he executed perfectly, all of this at a reasonable price compared to many other alarm systems in the market. Before Chris got to work we discussed all options, Chris listen to my views and provided his own views with reasoning that I really liked about. Post installation Chris cleaned up all the work areas, then demonstrated to us how the system works and answered all our queries.
