My husband and I booked a large table at Cote in Farnham for our family and friends to celebrate the night before our wedding. We had initially booked the private room upstairs but due to an issue with the floor we were moved to the conversatory.Daniel took our booking via email and his communication and so amazing and so quick to respond too. They were so accommodating as our numbers quickly grew and when I had a slight panic that it was too much to organise ontop of a wedding in the same wedding my mind was put at ease with how simple they made. I wanted us all sat togeter (33 of us in the end) and for our guests to have a choice of the menu. With an easy pre order and the relaxed nature of the team it was amazing.They even decorated the room with fairy lights and flowers and some champagne to welcome our guests. The food was perfect and so many different orders I was so impressed that starters, mains and desserts were served in such a smooth service with no hiccups at all.Amazing team to be so proud of!

Food was great, menu had something for everyone in our party of 5 and everyone really enjoyed their food. It's in lovely setting in pedestrianised yard. There is a good wine list and staff were able to make some good recommendations based on taste. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Would definitely return.

Much better than expected!! Very clean & great setting inside. We ordered from the fixed menu - wild mushroom soup - the portion is HUGE! Tasted amazing!!. We ordered Poulet Grille (mushroom chicken) & the Steak Frite (minute steak) and no complaints. Great food and even better portions which is good value for money. Everything was fresh. Food 10/10. Service 10/10. Definitely recommend and coming back

This restaurant is a great place to spend time and is probably the best location of any restaurant in Farnham.The staff were very good and enhanced our experience.However the food was mediocre to poor. My wife had crab salad to start, it was poorly presented and difficult taste the crab. I had the salmon rillettes and pickles. The salmon was pretty tasteless and the pickles a bit limp.For main course my wife had half a lobster and chips. While the chips were very good the lobsterCould only have been just legal to catch as it was so small and it was overcooked and mushy.My main course was a mushroom and camembert tart with a poached egg together with a French bean and courgette salad.. It was small, the poached was the size of a quail's, it was hard, there were few mushrooms on the tart and those that were there were overcooked and tasteless. The French bean and courgette salad turned out to be some watercress with an unidentifiable watery white dressing.I complained about my meal and the staff took of the cost of my main course from the bill.With two glasses of wine the bill was still £77.39.My advice is visit this restaurant for it's great location, have a couple of drinks but as far as food is concerned stick to the sharing board of cheeses and meat.Lastly be nice to the staff they were nice to us.

We enjoyed a very pleasant lunch here. The service was quick and all the staff were friendly and inviting.The menu provided something for everyone and our whole group left highly satisfied with their meals.The dauphinois potato’s we’re so crispy on top yet rich and creamy underneath. All the meat we ordered was well cooked and moist and accompanied with deep flavourful sauces.We would certainly recommend a visit here.

Really nice staff at Farnham cote! The food was good and everything was as you'd expected! It couldn't have been better really!Update 3/2/20: reduced from 5 stars to 3. Overall I was a little disappointed with the food and service, not living up to what I remember of previous visits. Front of house wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Food tasted good, but not worth the moneyUpdate 26/9/20: increased from 3 stars to 5. Cor I seem to go here regularly. After being disappointed from my last visit, you guys have really pulled it back. Both the service and food were lovely! New photos added of the goats cheese ravioli, fish and veggie breakfast (sorry about the poor quality photos)

Fantastic meal out at Côte this evening with my family. Service was very friendly and welcoming, and our waiter was very helpful with any recommendations.The pork belly, chocolate fondant and almond financier dessert were particularly excellent. I was recommended the Fleur rosé spritz cocktail too - really great, I'll be ordering that again as well!Thank you for a great evening

Great Prix Fixe menu enjoyed outside in the sunshine, a lovely unhurried meal. The Triple cooked Truffle fries were superb. Tasty, good quality and good service
