I was here three years ago for gall bladder surgery. The room was tired and scruffy but ok I suppose. Returning from surgery I couldnt wake up. All the nurse did is irritably keep telling my son to 'keep her awake'. They then brought me toast and tea but I couldn't even open my eyes and felt very dizzy. I felt bullied into trying to eat and just the smell of it made me feel very ill. I ended up vomiting uncontrollably for around 2 hours, again, the nurse seemed annoyed with me. I kept saying 'I'm sorry ' and got no reassurance or empathy. I was there for an nhs procedure and I have never been to a private hospital before. My experience is that nhs staff are far more efficient, professional and kind.On top of it all, I found out when I got home, that when I was in surgery someone had 'cloned ' 2 debit cards and a credit card from my purse. Luckily they were declined and the money taken from the credit card was not debited. I reported this to the police who were very helpful. I told the hospital and wrote to the director who expressed condolences and said they would investigate, but I never heard from them again nor had anything in writing to this effect. My advice to anyone considering using Clare Park, is don't!!!

Have just had a hernia repair. Absolutely first class treatment in every respect. Nursing staff are all highly skilled, empathic and totally conscientious:nothing was too much trouble. I felt comfortable and secure at all times. My surgeon was highly impressive:his skill and knowledge superlative.Thank you Clare Park for all you have done for me. You are outstanding!

This hospital is wonderful! The staff are fantastic. My consultant Mr Hull is a superb surgeon and inspired total confidence in me. I had a spinal injection and a sedation to have my hip replaced. I have been amazed how well I feel. . . I won't worry about having my next ok me replaced.

I was a patient for 2 nights following surgery on 1st October. As a retired NHS nurse I was really impressed by the compassionate care I received on Redgrave ward.Although the staff were busy they delivered a high standard of professional care.

Having recently been a patient at Clare Park Hospital, I wanted to share the experience I had with a particular nurse, Melissa, during my stay. She was highly intuitive and helped me make the right decisions for me, and looked after me every step of the way. Basically I'm very grateful for her help and experience and I felt very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a nicer nurse.

5 star care!!I recently underwent breast augmentation surgery at Spire Clare Park Farnham and the whole experience start to finish was seamless and amazing. Every single member of staff that I saw and spoke to made me feel extremely comfortable and happy. My consultant was Mr Paul Harris who had been highly recommended by a good friend who had also undergone breast augmentation surgery by him just a few years before. All of my appointments and consultations were booked through his assistant Tracey and the Nurse he uses called Catrina (who is honestly so lovely) All of which were just amazing, everyone assured me that I had all of the important information, and they also answered any questions I had about the procedure, choosing my implant type and aftercare. They talked me through absolutely everything I would need to know which really helped the whole experience to go smoothly. The day of my surgery I came in at 7:30am and was greeted my the lovely nurses who showed me to my room and made sure I was comfortable and ready for surgery. I met with my consultant Paul who drew on me and took some before pictures, he talked me through the procedure again to make sure I was 100% happy. The anaesthetist then came into the room and chatted with me about what was going to happen during the local anaesthetic and made me sign a consent form. Every single person I saw made me feel so comfortable, I was slightly nervous and apprehensive about going under general anaesthetic but everybody made me feel so much more relaxed and happy. I went down to surgery just before 9am. Once I had gone down to surgery and seen the nurses and anaesthetist I was talked through what would happen to me again and then gently put to sleep. Once I woke up from surgery I felt very cold and thirsty, a lovely nurse came and made sure I had my blanket to keep me warm to stop me from shivering and once it was safe for my oxygen mask to come off another nurse got me a water with a straw and slowly helped me have a drink which really helped. Once I had fully come round from the anaesthetic I was taken back to my room and asked if I needed anything, I was given my call bell and made sure that I had the support of all the nurses. The whole rest of the day the nurses made sure they came round to check my blood pressure, ask if I would like any drinks or food and also they let me sleep to help my recovery. All of my nurses were so so lovely and they really made me feel at home. My whole experience was an 11/10 from start to finish, every member of the Spire Clare Park team that saw me for my surgery on 14/02/2020 I can’t thank you all enough. You are all amazing and I highly highly recommend!!!

Had surgery at Clare Park; the staff, nurses and doctors were all extremely proficient and caring, couldn’t have asked for more. The room was newly decorated and so comfortable. I had surgery a few years ago there and the rooms have been vastly improved. Would recommend everything about my care and my stay. Thank you.

I had a major abdominal surgery in June 2023. My surgeon Dr Elkington was as brilliant as his reputation suggests. He is truly a top tier pro - kind and highly competent doctor. I was very scared on the runup to the surgery, but we sailed through it, the day went like a sea breeze. The hospital personnel - both administrative and medical were all, through and through - kind, caring, professional, attentive to detail, personable and approachable. I can't thank them enough, I felt I was in good hands. There was one bad apple" nurse
