B3 is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a gym! So well equipped and staff are the most friendly!! Creates the nicest environment to work out. Only gym I’ve managed to be consistent at!!

Smiley helpful staff and was made to feel very welcome. Value for money and good quality machines. Great selection of classes for all and easy to book. Fresh clean gym!Only gutted I didn’t join sooner.

I'm a member at this gym one of the best gyms I've been to and the most friendliest staff it's nice to be dealing with professionals with a heart I would recommend this gym to everyone brilliant atmosphere even has a mixed martial arts boxing area and personal trainers of all all sorts and the music and the people very motivational everything about this gym is old school love it
