Keepmoat - Waterside, Leicester

Drive by almost daily and decided to have a look at the show home. I didn't know if they were open so I called to ask and was told I needed an appointment as it was extremely popular and they are booked up for the next two weeks.Well every time I drive by there is only ever one car parked there which I suspect is the staff member. On the odd occasion I see only two cars. Needless to say I didn't book to view in two weeks time. If the company would rather have booking and risk non attendance than taking in someone to have a look around in order to try to sell when there are no other customers, then that doesn't seem like a very good policy.

Leicester one the best city in the country u must visit very diverse city also known for theBest food. U will find Asian halal food vegetarian food everywhere without any problems.

No good response from sales agent...

Beware if you buy a property from Keepmoat waterside there is no way to guarantee you can park your car in your own spaces. Keepmoat and the council have failed to make the area secure. Residents in the first phase are suffering with numerous incidents of anti social behaviour.

Not what I would call affordable housing.
