Got a late availability appointment last week. Chatty friendly staff. The apprentice lady hannah did my hair really nice and smooth . Just perfect. Will deffo book again. Good prices to . Thankyou . Tracy the owner was noted to say hello and a welcome to all her customers . Good for customer relations id say .

We took our 2 year old for his first hair cut today and these guys were amazing. It could have been a really stressful experience but the lady that cut his hair (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name!) was so reassuring and wonderfully patient with him and us! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

I have used Mossops since the day Tracy opened the salon, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, always a warm welcome. Tracy and Steph have a wealth of experience, I wouldn’t trust my hair in anyone else’s hands. Highly recommend.

I came to Mossops for the first time today needing something, anything, doing to my really long hair that hadn't been cut for nearly two years and its fair to say Katie did an incredible job! I came in feeling like my hair was just there, not doing anything but mopping around on my head and left with what I believe to be my new go to style! I have spent years trying to figure out what length and style i want my hair and today Katie helped me find that and I couldn't be more grateful, i will 100% be coming back in the future!

What can I say. I have been to Tracy and her team for years and cannot fault what they do. They listen to what you want, they are truthful with you and advise you on your hair and what is best for you honestly the best salon around.Katie - trust your hair in her hands she knows what to do for you and will do your hair amazing , she is brill trust me. Rang up on the off chance (on a Saturday) to have my hair line tidied up, the owner squeezed me in and did an amazing job. Friendly staff and atmosphere. She didn’t charge me but I felt bad so bought the girls some chocolate and biscuits. Thank you so much
