Amazing customer service in the Worthing branch!Paula was so helpful and patient while helping my dad choose a new riser chair and bed. She answered all our questions and we felt confident with her vast knowledge of the products. Big thank you to Paula who kept on working with us even after her shift was finished and the shops was closed, so kind and caring.Sally assisted with making phone calls about availability and delivery times etc.Sally even managed to get the chair delivered the next day with Howard, on both of their days off and helped deliver it to my dad and removed his old broken one. Went with my son to get my mobility scooter and was helped by Sally she was very informative and helped me to understand the working of my scooter. Not only to me as time has dictated she is only got to have three sets of customers in the shop at one time. She focused on my needs as well as being helpful to other customers that came into the shop. Very nice experience and would recommend this shop to others as really professional staff. Paula was most attentive to our needs and listened to what we said. She was clear in her explanation of the chair. Although we had 90% decided she helped with the final 10% of the sale. My wife was very happy with the service and that is was counts. Thank you.

All staff at Worthing branch are very helpful,but Sally & Howard went, in my opinion, above & beyond in customer service. My mum is coming home from a care home and needed a riser recliner chair. Having seen one in another shop that i was on the verge of buying,Sally explained they would only sell a chair once it had been tested. I gave Sally my mums measurements and she recommended a couple.It was ordered in,arriving two days later. It was then taken to the care home that afternoon by Howardand after finding it was suitable,delivered immediately to mums home. I cannot thank you both enough,and went back yesterday to purchase an over the bed table .

I called in to the Worthing Branch with my daughter this morning. I was looking for a recliner chair. We were served by Sharon who couldn’t have been more helpful. Having tried a few chairs, I finally made up my mind and ordered one. There was no pressure at all. All the staff were really friendly. While we were there my daughter also bought some wrist supports and a long handled brush set. We will certainly use them again when as and when necessary.Thank you Sharon.

I have to thank Sally & Howard for their most amazing service! Sally was amazing! I urgently needed a Riser/recliner for my Dad (88)....went to the showroom in Worthing on Saturday and the chair was delivered on Sunday! Outstanding service! Both Sally and Howard went above and beyond, and they have my sincere thanks!

Was looked after by Sharon who was warm, friendly and very knowledgable. She explained everything we needed to know about a mobility scooter we were interested in and patiently answered all our questions. Sharon never tried to hard sell us and even allowed a short test drive on the pavement. Cannot recommend highly enough and would suggest them to everyone we know. A very warm, friendly and pleasant store.

Best shop and staff ever always happy to help. I use them to buy cosy feet shoes I show them the shoes or boots that I want from the catalogue and they order them in for me. I have used three different branches of clearwell mobility and they all work to the same high standard well done all Thank you.

We had a fantastic visit. Right from the initial phone call we knew we were in good hands. Parking facilities were a little tight but really no problems with a small car. Diane was there to greet my elderly mother, and assisted us right through the process of choosing the right riser / recliner chair. Diane listened carefully and patiently showed my mother the options and additional features of the chair we picked. The process was seamless and efficient, no hard sales talk. A very pleasant experience indeed. Diane was brilliant - she put my mother at ease and ensured she chose the right chair. Questions were answered fluidly without hesitation. This is a great showroom. Thank you so much. Delivery was made with expert care and attention. The gentlemen arrived and moved my mother's old chair to the back room.
