Was able to book a same day appointment which was good. Staff were chatty and friendly but the cut itself was ok and 2 since I have noticed a bit that hasn't been leveled. For nearly £24 I would expect better and probably won't come back

I've been going to the cutting room for years on and off, I'm yet to find anywhere that does as good a job, they look after you when you're in there. I had to take my little one in with me last time, I was dreading it, but they were brilliant!

First time using this salon. I wanted to go from bleach blonde to brunette and they did it absolutely beautifully. The colour turned out exactly how I wanted it and only had to pay a small amount as there was a promotion on. 10/10 customer service too, very friendly and welcoming staff, will go again.

I'm not sure what this place is like as far as cutting hair goes - however, please avoid as a work experience option at secondary school. The staff seemed to just gather around in the staff room and gossip about their own clients, and make hurtful comments about students, who are literal children, on their work experience. As a 14 year old work experience student at the time, it was demoralising to be surrounded by adult bullies. For that reason, I'd encourage schools to remove this place as a work experience option.
