Hands down the best Hopi treatment I’ve ever received. Thank you so much Charley. Really professional, friendly & patient throughout my treatment today. You had a lovely & calming persona which with this type of holistic therapy went hand in hand! Thank you for taking your time to explain the products used too & afterwards with the skincare products. Really happy with my purchase. I’ve booked in again for this treatment as a promise to look after my well-being more. The difference I feel after just the one appointment, couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely amazing day. Visited as a surprise with my partner. It was beautiful. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The setting was perfect and the treatments were brilliant too. From the moment of walking through the door we were attended to by super friendly staff in a relaxed and caring way. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. All the facilities were gorgeous and joyous. We felt very well taken care of. Had a half day spa which I received as a present for my birthday & took my cousin with me . From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome . We used the steam room & the hot tub which were outside, we were then shown to our first treatment which was a ragul mud treatment which we both enjoyed, then we were shown to our next treatment which I chose the back massage & an Indian head message which was absolutely amazing thank you Sophie. My cousin chose a pedicure & manicure which she enjoyed thank you Annika. When our treatment was finished we then had lunch we had chosen a graze box & a afternoon tea which was delicious. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely relaxing day .

Myself and my wife attended today for our 1st visit using the Simplicity Spa package. We were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in and gave a tour of the facilities.We enjoyed the use of the outdoor facilities with a cheeky gin in hand. The staff were always on hand to help with any needs or queries.We both opted for a back massage for our treatment and we can both definitely the staff that saw to us as both massages were fantastic.We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family.

I've just come back from a road trip and my massage was just what I needed. It was sublime and Sophie was brilliant. We talked through my issues and she explained how she would address them. The massage was perfect and her friendly but professional manner was spot on. Simpsons Branson is a beautiful setting and just adds to the whole experience. I've booked in for another massage already. Thank you once again.

We had a lovely day. Never had a half day spa. The spa is fantastic. We felt thoroughly relaxed. The treatments were amazing. Individually tailored to your needs. Followed by afternoon tea served in cute picnic hampers. Thank you to all the staff who were so attentive and helpful. Great time !

Amazing spa day experience from the minute I stepped foot inside the spa! Absolutely brilliant facilities and treatments. I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea box. 5 stars across the board including all staff that were so welcoming and attentive! Hope I can come back again soon!

Beautiful private spa in a quiet setting. Lovely outdoor spa facilities and great treatments. Lovely lunch hampers. Staff are so nice. Definitely reccomend x
