Very professional and Friendly solicitors. Could not have gone through the visa process for my husband without their help. Thank you to both Serena and Hannah for helping me through the way. I could not ask for anything better. Hallmark solicitors made my life a lot easier and are very hard working and organised to get everything perfect. I highly recommend if in need of a solicitor. Could not thank you enough for your understanding and help. Thanks to them I can finally be reunited with my husband after a long wait!

I was very pleased with the services from Mrs Uche Akali from Hallmark Solicitors. This is because she provided moral support during a difficult situation lasting few years. She was very kind and lenient with the payment understanding our situation very well. In addition, she introduced us to some contacts that helped us financially. Also, she was very resilient and persistent with our situation and I’m very grateful to Uche and everyone from Hallmark solicitors for providing a successful solution. Therefore, I recommend Hallmark solicitors and Uche herself to people with immigration issues.Mrs Ethiraj

Hallmark Solicitors helped me in processing my sister’s visa application which came out successful. They were professional, friendly and obviously knew their onions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing immigration and legal assistance.

My husband and I got in touch with Uche following a horrible service gone wrong at our wedding. She was most gracious and walked us through our initial consultation and a few more during the whole process.Caitlyn worked more with us on the back and forth issues and was excellent all through! We got our matter settled and are very thankful to the team at Hallmark Solicitors, especially Uche and Caitlyn. I definitely recommend them!

Do not use for Immigration Services. 0 star rating would be applicable. Quite simply one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Unprofessional, poor communication, and an attitude of 'We are just as lost here as you are'.I can't speak on the quality of their other legal work, but for VISA / Immigration services, do not use them. My advice for anyone handling VISA applications - go to a more experienced firm that specialises specifically in immigration. When I first approached Hallmark, I had a lovely encounter, had the ground rules set for my application, and met Serena, who was pleasant, experienced and able to instantly answer all of my questions without research. It was at this time I was also set a guide time of how long the application may take, and an expected anticipated disbursement of around £2,500~.Once my application started, Serena went on maternity leave which I cannot fault her for, and wish her the absolute best. Sadly for my application however, I was left with a very experienced solicitor that fell short of peoples skills, and a few trainees. The process in all took just over 10 months, which could easily be blamed on the Ukraine War & Coronavirus if it wasn't for the Mardi Gras that was Hallmark's onboarding process. I received numerous emails that things were sent, about to be sent, being generated, nearly sent - and after all of that a request for my very, very, very basic details. Embarrassing. This meant my application didn't affectively start until 2 months after I had signed off on it; and now, the Ukraine war had begun, which rewrote the rulebook for VISA applications. To cap this all off, towards the end of my application: my application was held hostage by their lead solicitor, who said if I don't immediately pay her fee, my application was going to have to wait 2-3 weeks until she returned from Africa. Truthfully, the application could have been filed without this payment going ahead. With their lead solicitor knowing how much this application meant to me, she knew I would have no other option than to pay. We had a rather embarrassing phone call in which I had to calm her down, after which I paid immediately, leaving me with little money left. The application in total, cost me just over £4500~, way more than quoted initially. We had incurred a lot of costs during the application that were clear to me a more experienced firm would have anticipated. After speaking with much more experienced firms - I had been told this cost was unprecedented. On the day that I had been promised was the day of my application being sent. I frantically called the office to try to make sure something was going ahead, and get some update about the application, receiving no tangible update apart from shoulder shrugs. I then received an incredibly rude call from their lead solicitor informing me I had called them 10 times that day and I had to stop. In reality, I had called them 3 times. I was then told my application was going to be pushed to the following working day, Monday.Truly an agonising experience and not something I would wish for any other living being. They are outdated, and outclassed by other immigration firms. I'll say this one last time, do not use them. After all was said and done, I then got a £45 delivery fee of my VISA billed to me that they said they would handle. Pure class.

Excellent service provided throughout by Hallmark Solicitors in helping recover our monies for unpaid invoices. They were extremely professional, empathetic and helpful throughout. They always provided us with sound legal advice and options for next steps. The Trainee Solicitor Nicole was excellent and was always on hand to explain matters and handle any issues that arose. We would definitely use this firm again in the future if the need arises.CareBlue Recruitment & Services Ltd
