100% Amazing Service. Mum and I used them at the beginning of 2023 for our house move. My mum has health issues so dealing with the sale was on my shoulders. I was dealing with health issue also and was scared at the thought of having to deal with selling and buying another home. Lucie our solicitor was so amazing. The whole process was stress free. Tess Kelly is the most incompetent Solicitor that I have ever come across. Initially handled my divorce and after 7 months, I had no option but to request my file so that I could get representation elsewhere. The ignorance she exhibited in nnot answering emails from me for over 6 weeks, meant that a hearing was adjourned until 6 months later. Having sacked her in December 2020, my divorce finally was sorted at a final hearing in January 2023. My wifes ridiculous claims were rejected. The Judge commented on the issues which were initially caused by Tess Kelly and the outcome was in my favour. The additional legal and other professional costs have made my life a misery and the best part is that my wife settled at the same level that she had offered in October 2020 and which Tess Kelly had not even bothered to respond to despite all my efforts. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT USE.My grandad sadly passed away on 19th March 2022, it is now October 31st and I am still waiting on my money that he left behind for me. As I live in Sheffield I could not get into the branch to collect it in person so after a long winded 3 week conversation with their solicitors through emails they finally decided to send my money through the post…. Yeah brilliant idea just sending a large sum of money via cheque in the post. Which still hasn’t arrived, even though they claimed to have sent it a week ago. They are never in the office. Every single time I email them I get an out of office reply and todays reply just told me they’re not back in the office for another week…. Do your job you lazy sods.

I cannot praise Tess Kelly enough. She has been so supportive and helpful as the solicitor for my aunt before she passed and went above and beyond afterwards when we had to deal with a horrible situation lasting almost three years! I recently used Kelly & Co to deal with a sale and purchase. It was a particularly difficult chain, but Louise was fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure we got there in the end. My builder I was buying from commented that she was one of the best solicitors they had dealt with. Would recommend to anyone.
