Have used MediChecks many times for various blood tests. Recently tried to “ cheat “ on them with a cheaper similar company, they wanted x 4 the amount of blood which was a murder scene to extract and then couldn’t test it!!!! Resorted back to reliable MediChecks who shipped my kits which arrived next day, posted them, arrived next day & then tested and given results the same day. Amazing service many thanks & commonly find discount codes online which always helps

It was an easy process from ordering the test online to getting blood drawn at the chosen clinic to receiving results with accompanying information. It was a routine health checkup for me and got the result within four working days which included full advice from the doctor. I would be happy to use Medichecks again in the future.

Excellent service all round, from the speed and friendliness of e-mail correspondence to the efficiency and easy viewing of test results. This was my first time using Medichecks (I bought a thyroid function test) and I am incredibly impressed with the whole set-up. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Relatively good service before paying for a blood test. Unclear instructions of what to do once payed. Once I received my results which was pretty quick, my blood results had been taken away from me so I am unable to access them saying unfulfilled order ?? Having a doctors appointment the coming week I hope the blood work will be retrieved.

Review based on customer service ONLY, as have not yet ordered tests. Customer service - web chat and email - was great. Timely, clear and helpful. Website is also user-friendly and easy to navigate with plenty of info available.

First time using Medichecks and have been so impressed by the whole process. Fast and easy to do and quick turn around in getting results back. Customer service have been amazing and immediately sorted out an issue with me being stupid and writing the wrong date on my sample. Will definitely use medichecks again :)
