Lexus Milton Keynes

Took my car for service to Lexus Milton Keynes. Was served by Matthew from servicing team who was very professional. Explained the paperwork and technical issues in a very simple and respectful manner.In addition, had my car valued by Sayful- who has a very friendly personality. He explained all my options to me in detail for any future trades etc.Finally, William at the front desk made me a very nice cappuccino while I was waiting for the car to be serviced.Many thanksAbid.

Having seen a car on the Lexus website , I phoned and spoke to Hamza. He was professional and answered all my questions regarding the car. We arranged a day to view the car. I had a few more questions and rang Hamza. He again was very supportive and answered all my questions.We arrived at the dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with Dean. He showed us around the car and answered all my questions and requirements. The staff are fantastic, and the dealership was so professional that it helped us buy our new car.The cars are amazing and the staff were fantastic. They offered us drinks throughout the whole time we were there.It was a great experience. Come to this dealership, you won't be disappointed, the make great cars and the customer service is the finest in the car trade.

We have recently picked up our second new car purchased through Paul Thompson at this. I cannot recommend Paul enough! He was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much. I recently purchased a car and unfortunately, I've had a less than satisfactory experience. The car I bought had several issues right from the start, and it has required frequent repairs. I reached out to the dealership's customer service, but it was a bit challenging to get the support I needed.I understand that not every used car will be perfect, but I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle I received. I would advise potential buyers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing and perhaps consider getting a professional inspection done.I hope that my experience was an isolated case, but I wanted to share it to help others make informed decisions when buying a car.

I've been to different Steven Eagell Toyota/Lexus locations, have had 2 Toyotas and now a Lexus NX. Milton Keynes has given me the best experience till date in terms of services, they listen to you and give you the best options and service at the end of the day. We just Picked up or New 73 plate ux250h our second one and such a lovely car , the service from purchasing to collection was brilliant , Lewis was very professional friendly and helpful throughout , and the service you receive from everyone in the showroom is great, we would definitely recommend anyone to join the Lexus family

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My 84 year old dad recently brought a car from them and the service he received from Omar was fantastic. He was so patient and kind with my dad and when he collected his car today he made him feel so very special. If you are looking to buy a new car then I cannot recommend Omar enough.
