Dr Sophie Ladbrooke have been amazing in all respects. She seems very knowledgeable, she listens to the patent's needs and concerns, she provides both both intelligence and excellent advice. I' more than happy to recommend her to friends and family.

My family and I needed an urgent Covid fit to fly test. Dr Kalia went out of his way to accommodate us within the strict time restriction the country give and assured us we would have our results within 48 hours. I’ve heard of many clinics not delivering the tests in time for travel so I chose White Hart surgery as I’ve been a patient there before. Dr Kalia was not only calm and reassuring but excellent service as we received our results back by the end of the day we tested! Not even 24 hours later let alone the 48 hours guaranteed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Kalia. Thank you for taking away the worry and stress of getting our results back in time.

I cant recommend Dr Kalia enough!! He replied to my email on a Sunday and then moved heaven and earth to get my Mum a prescription filled, which took time, patiences and a willingness to really help. I am so grateful to him. I wish there were more like him!

I wanted to see a doctor urgently at very short notice; Dr Kalia was able to see me and treat me within an hour of calling. Dr Kalia is an extremely friendly, reassuring and professional GP and not only offered medical care but also lifestyle and psychological advice that was so insightful and helpful. We called Dr Kalia on Saturday, as the NHS had no space to see our daughter. He came to visit her very promptly.He was extremely professional and polite, diagnosed her condition straight away and prescribed medication.He was kind enough to follow up with messages to check that she was feeling better.I would highly recommend Dr Kalia and we will use his service in the future.

I found my visit to Dr Kalia incredibly helpful. He is extremely professional, knowledgable and really took the time to listen and reassure. Dr Kalia immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed so that I was able to really discuss my concerns in detail. He was thorough in doing an assessment and helpful in identifying suitable steps forward. Having had poor service from my NHS GP for so long I had taken this to be the norm. I wish I had gone to see Dr Kalia months ago instead of worrying about the problem and not being listened to by my NHS GP. The White Hart Clinic is also a very pleasant and comfortable environment. The reception staff are helpful and this makes for an overall good experience. I would recommend Dr Kalia to family and friends and not think twice to book an appointment with him if I needed his services again.

I contacted Dr Kalia on a late evening in an emergency and found him to be very responsive to my initial questions. He was very flexible and was able to come and visit us at home which was invaluable in itself. The appointment was not at all rushed and was very thorough with lots of extra advice and information provided. I have found him to be the most professional and courteous GP I have used and as a result I have decided to use his services exclusively for my family going forward. I would 110% recommend anyone looking for private GP service to use Dr Kalia!
