Spoke today with Jerrome Driscoll via the online chat. Jerrome was very friendly and efficient, dealt with my enquiry very quickly and easily and made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I feel much better having spoken to Jerrome and having this matter dealt with. It was far easier than I had expected and I am happy with the outcome. Overall I have found ACT to be easy to work with, they are friendly and not pushy like some other companies.

I was treated with understanding and dignity and came off the phone feeling a million times better. I can’t praise her enough.

I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated by this company. I missed a few arranged payments and each time the person I spoke to was understanding and sympathetic and happily arranged another payment plan. The last couple of occasions I dealt with Therese Ward, who once again accommodated my financial situation and reduced the payments to suit me. She was polite, professional and very understanding. Thankfully, through their assistance and understanding, have finally settled my debt! These organisations, although just doing their job, have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that they have listened to me, helped me and not pressured me at all over this long outstanding debt, they have bent over backwards to make sure I could afford to pay the debt off within my financial restraints.
