If your thinking of purchasing don’t think just buy ! This company is second to none and will go above and beyond to make sure there customers are okay I had my first order arrive sadly deceased they replaced with out questions under there alive on arrival garuntee I also then recieved the second queen witch sadly had also died in transit very unusual and we where both stumped why it was happening on the third try after returning the other two testiness they proceeded to send me a small colony of about 20 workers witch turned up alive and well ! Third time is the charm ! They done this of thereown backs and fre of charge I highly recommend this shop and will now be my go to place for ant keeping thanks guys ! I will see you at the invert show in brighton ! Anyone thinking of purchasing purchase with the garuntee your going to get your Queen/colony alive and the will go to great lengths to make sure your happy and have a thriving Queen/colony !

This is a fantastic company. Incredibly knowledgeable and caring about what they do with brilliant communication.I purchased some Carpenter Ants and a great little set up with lights and love watching my little colony go about their daily business. I bought some black garden ants from Ants HQ and they arrived next day in excellent condition. Cant fault their service and happy to recomend them based on my own experience. I'm looking foreward to adding other ant species to my collection from Ant HQ.

I bought from Ants HQ a couple of times and both times I was really impressed with the service. There was a problem with my first order and they really went above and beyond to resolve it even though it wasn't their fault. The first colony I bought from them is doing really well and thriving. Healthy colonies, often delivered with more workers than I’ve ordered. Some small hiccups with delivery were perfectly resolved. Also great customer service with advice on questions about the ants or nests etc.

Fantastic selection of ant colony empires at very good prices. Ordered a colony of Pheidole Noda 40-50 workers.They arrived promptly the next day in very good packaging.They arrived with several majors and over 40 workers and one healthy looking queen. At the time of writing this review I've had them around a week and they've settled in straight away, coming out and taking down insects. Very pleased with my order, the service we received and will continue to purchase here from now on.

Ordered a Queen and 6-10 workers and received all and many more workers all alive. Really happy with the service both fast and safe. Well packaged ants in a test tube. Had the ants for about 4 days and still all alive and thriving, Queen is laying lots of eggs and I can see development of the eggs. Will use Ants HQ again, great work guys.

Harvester ants arrived in great packaging. UPS unfortunately decided to post it through the mailbox that was about 4ft off the ground, but of course that isn't the fault of Ants HQ. The ants were fine. Other than that, fast delivery and useful info inside.

I have ordered an odontoponera denticulate colony with 10-20 workers from ANTS HQ. The colony arrived promptly and I actually think with a bit more than 20 workers. The contact with the owner of the shop was great. Highly recommend.
