I have used this company a number of times, the most recent being yesterday. They are always on time, knowledgable and friendly plumbers which is so important when inviting someone into your home. Would recommend to friends and family.

I needed a toilet replacement done for my parents. The company were easy to deal with on the phone in terms of organising a time for them to visit to give a quote for the work. They gave easy to read detailed quotes for the work to be done and stuck to those prices. The work done was of a high quality and i would definitely recommend them for plumbing workThanks, Mitul

Amazing experience with the Beatrix company. The team have done two bathrooms for us, and we are very happy so far. Very clear communications, clean schedule of what types of jobs will be done, who is coming, what date and time. We had mainly Tommy working with us, and he is absolutely brilliant. Tommy is not only experienced, he is also going above and beyond in his job, very thorough, very detailed, and taking ownership of the little things. Super helpful. Tom, the team lead, is also amazing, always responsive and super helpful. But also all the other guys who came around to do various pieces of work were all great. Polite, quick, professional.I have never thought I would recommend builders, as I have heard and seen so many bad stories with the different types of builders. But I spent at least a month reading the reviews, talking to people, trying to find a decent company, prior to engaging for bathroom renovations. I'm so glad we went with Beatrix. I have a feeling they are not cheap, you can find cheaper on a market, but honestly they are worth it.

A really excellent and thorough investigation as to why water stains were appearing on the kitchen ceiling. Beatrix Home are an excellent company and always come when they say they will, which is not always the case with everyone. I rate them very highly.

Beatrix Home did a full install of central heating in our new house and removing of hot air vents. Also installing our W/C and complete bathroom. They did an amazing job and we are really pleased with the work they have completed. They gave us a fair price for such big jobs and was well worth the money. Always on hand by phone and txt and always providing updates of work being done. Would defo recommend them for any plumbing problems you have. Thanks again Tom and Kier

Really friendly service - arrived and they were ready to go. He had an apprentice with him which is always great to see. I have no idea how long they took to fix the dodgy plumbing under the sink but it was quick. No leaks now. Would really recommend.

Brilliant service therefore highly recommended. Prompt diagnosis followed up by quick rectification plan as uur heating system ceased to function. Thank you Beatrix Home we're now cosy and warm!

I contacted Beatrix Home and they provided clear advice and pricing estimates for the annual servicing of my boiler & gas fires. The team is professional - they work well together and do what they say. At the first attempt, they were unable to make the day/time but I received a text from Chloe first thing that morning explaining the reasons why. When they did come a few days later, Keir communicated well, was very conscientious and explained all the safety points clearly. I will certainly want to use Beatrix again.

We engaged Beatrix for our annual boiler inspection. Their phone support was gracious and highly professional. The technician arrived on time and was prompt and efficient in the service call, as well as personable and friendly. Compared to prior inspections, he was far more thorough. The price was excellent. We plan to continue working with them in the future.

The team at Beatrix Home were excellent. I had to update my hot water/heating systems and bathroom - updating them from the 1970's. Beatrix Home's initial response was reassuring as Tom obviously knew the best way to get the job done as well as keeping the costs down. Matthew was the lead plumber and very easy to talk to. No question too difficult. I didn't meet the other installers but their work was excellent. They were even prepared to cycle to the job to save me the awful parking fees! I highly recommend Beatrix Home.
