Clean tidy traditional decor. Service a little slow but the food was worth waiting for. Bit a big fan of Thai food but son suggested we try it. Managed 2 courses of Sunday lunch menu chicken satay and sweet and sour chicken (little spicy) delicious and very filling couldn't manage dessert. Definitely come again.

Great place to be for a nice atmosphere, nice decoration and delicious food. So good that I'm back almost every week. Very rare to go in a friendly restaurant who treats their customers like family and friends. Great service, excellent value for money and lovely floor and bar team . What more can you ask?

Last year (2014), Warwick Thai really got their act together and brought in a new chef, who put a well-needed shot in the arm of the classic Thai menu. The quality of food and service lifted Warwick Thai out of the depths of mediocrity that threatened to kill it off.The owners gave the place a re-vamp in December and opened the doors in January, with a new menu, cleaner and fresh-looking interior and a heavier focus on beverages. This is the new Bali Lounge. It's been a rocky few months for the restaurant, with some stumbles in the weeks after the opening, but they seem to have ironed out those creases. In my opinion, they still have a way to go to get back to the food/service level that they hit towards the end of 2014. On several occasions in the last few months, my partner and I have gone in for a Friday or Saturday night meal and been somewhat wishing we had ordered takeaway instead. It seems the staff lack direction and the restaurant manager seems to lack any kind of enthusiasm. Makes for a lacklustre dining experience. We switch to takeaway recently, but have yet to get home with the exact meal we ordered. Food quality is sub-standard - overcooked curries, chewy chicken, deep fried starters that are still soaked in oil after they've been left on your table so any crunch is completely gone. They need to step it up again and get back to where they were in 2014.(update Feb 2016): sadly The Bali Lounge received a one-star rating from the UK Food Standards Agency after an inspection last December. Some work needed here, folks.

This restaurant is the best authentic Thai restaurant I have ever been to! The new management have really turned this place in to a great restaurant. The atmosphere, staff and everything about this really makes your whole experience better. It's hard to find a restaurant that is family friendly, business friendly and socially friendly all rolled in to one. This is a must try if you really want true authentic Thai food.

Really nice, haven't been there for more than a year. All is clean, fresh, the food smell nice as Thai cuisine (spicy and sauces...) (and if you do not like smell eat from frozen to microwaved at home ;) ). The welcome is present in the atmosphere and you can feel it. You have to give it a go...

The Warwick Arms looks like a normal pub on the outside but when you enter, you're surrounded by tasteful Thai decor. The seating is a mix of formal tables and relaxing sofas. The Thai food is excellent, they have a good range of dishes from the gentle to the set-your-face-on-fire curries. I've eaten here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The range of beers is good two, they always have a few decent bitters on tap. Last time I was in (last Saturday) they had Old Speckled Hen, which really cheered up the beards in the party. It does get busy at the weekends so be sure to book if your party is more than 4. It can seat loads, I've seen parties up to 20 seated on a single long table.I wish it were my local.

Homely atmosphere. Good food. Reasonable price. Helpful servers. Both the decor and the food presentations are “instagram worthy.”

Good food and at reasonable prices, including both Indonesian and Thai dishes. A lot of dishes tend to be a bit on the sweet side. They also have a selection of wines and cocktails. The service is friendly, though the order of our dishes was mixed and they were a bit overwhelmed by the Friday night crowd.

We did like the decor. But the food was extremely disappointing. I asked for the special and the king prawns were charred and dry. My friend wanted a vegetarian option, but they had run out of bean curd - so she had to put up with just vegetables and noodles. Her green curry was very sweet. After the main course was cleared away, we were ignored - no one asked if we wanted another drink or a desert and it was ages before we could get anyone's attention to get the bill. We won't be returning.
