Sophie Cylkowski and Lisa Newman managed the process for me and both kept me fully updated through the process, responded to any queries I had immediately, provided information as and when I needed it.With the recent outbreak of Covid-19, I was kept updated as my house purchase was delayed. I felt informed and involved and would highly recommend working with these two in the future. They are a credit to Roythornes.
