I've always been skeptical about yummy mummy food but I thought that Leon had changed my mind. However, I do not know what's happened to the quality because the wraps have barely any filling and the halloumi is dry and overcooked. I won't be returning and I don't recommend.

I never learn from my mistakes! 3 times I've had the bacon roll from here in the morning, and each time it's been cold. This morning they even made it from scratch and it was still cold, maybe it's supposed to be cold?! The actual taste is nice but if you want a hot breakfast, maybe best to go to the McDonald's opposite!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this branch recently, food is always fresh (usually order the Mexican loaded fries which are so nice!), very quick to be ready and nothing incorrect or missing. Portion sizes also good. Whoever is managing this branch seems to be doing a great job, I just hope that the staff are being treated well. In comparison, the Shepherd’s Bush branch is a shambles and I have to complain almost every time I go there because they forget something or mess something up, they’re also very slow. Seems like the staff and management there are unbothered and not on the ball. I only go there when nearby and need to grab something to eat quickly.

Do not order from this restaurant. I love Leon and they are usually on point but this particular one in Hammersmith has never managed to get my order right. Every time I order there is ALWAYS a missing item. Always, never without fail. At first we thought, ah must be busy easy to forget, but after many orders I can only conclude it’s malicious.Can you guys please have a team meeting and work out who isn’t capable of completing orders, cause they need to go.

Ridiculous that a place that sells finger food and uses touchscreen ordering does not provide a facility for and washing. The public toilet which I was referred to charges 50p so a £1 premium on a £10 meal just to stay hygienic. Goodness know what the staff do to wash their hands.(Btw a bottle of hand gel does not clean sticky off after eating)UPDATE 16Oct23 after reply below: I wasn't suggesting toilets - just a bowl for hand-washing in the restaurant - not need for a closet or anything elaborate - just a bowl and tap.

Yesterday I had very bad experience! I was arrived at Leon around 19:50 something. The restaurant was about to close.I ordered an Arancini to go. I saw the poster on the wall mentioned costs 3.99 pounds. However, the man staff told me 3.55 pounds. Suddenly, another lady staff approached the staff talk to the man with a funny facial expression. After that she said 3.99 pounds.I feel like being discriminated! I didn’t want to argue with her cuz I was rushing to catch bus. I didn’t mind to pay the regular price instead leftover food discount.The lady’s weird smiled really made uncontrollable. I won’t visit the Leon restaurant anymore. I will also let my colleagues know. Don’t go there.If the store manager didn’t believe what I said here, you can check the CCTV on 28 MAY around 19:40-20:00 pm right before the restaurant closed !The picture I took today not yesterday.

We ordered two rice boxes here and although one was nicely presented, the other looked like they just slopped some chicken in one corner and rice in the other. Both dishes tasted good, but we're only warm, not hot. The slaw was tiny, just enough for a child. Portions in general were smaller than I expected.

Quick and consistent food. I find the portion to be rather small but it serves its purpose to fill a hungry stomach. About £10 for a set meal that comes with baked fries and a soft drink.
