We had flown in two rescue cats from Mumbai to Heathrow and the flights delays were terrible. The moment we landed at Heathrow, JCS Livestock were incredible with their help in keeping us updated about every status update and the well being of our pets. Due to the clearance being delayed, our cats had to be left in Kennel overnight. JCS team (Lisa and Danielle) ensured timely response to our emails and kept us sane by sending our cats pictures liaising with the facility where they were kept.

A professional service arranging customs clearance and delivery home of our dog from New York to Preston.Excellent communication so we knew what was happening every step of the way. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable too.

Thank you all again for all your help in getting my daughters corn snake from the UK to Spain.Excellent communication thoughout and he even arrived a bit earlier than I originally expected. I had absolutely no clue about exporting animals in general let alone a snake and you guys couldn't have been more lovely and helpful from start to finish. And made the process so much less stressful... well, it wasn't stressful in the slightest to be honest. You covered absolutely everything and sorted everything for us. No other company would transport him and we were about to give up hope in bringing him to Spain with us.If you can transport a baby corn snake and he arrive healthy and happy then I have no doubt any animal Is in good hands here.If I could give you 10 stars out of 5 I would.Really can't thank you all enough for making everything so easy and making my daughter super happy to have her little friend back.PS; I loved his little crate you made for him to travel in! Super safe and so well built.

I used JCS livestock for customs clearance for my dog from the US into LHR. JCS was absolutely fabulous- facilitated a pre-check of paperwork and made sure everything was in order; they were also affordable which was helpful as the whole process is quite expensive. They kept me in the loop as soon as my pet landed and informed me when he was ready for collection. They are also working with animal air care now at LHR and I was impressed with how efficient the whole process was.

A stressful time turned absolutely delightful with JCS and Julie as our contact person. We were so stressed getting our little pup from Manchester to Stockholm and Julie made it feel so much safer. We got support and answers to all our questions and even though we messed up some of the information and had to rebook our flights they were so accommodating and patient with us. They organized everything, the kennel stays, paperwork and even the vet appointment we had totally forgotten that we needed. I cannot recommend this company enough.
