I can’t recommend Lexus Lincoln highly enough! I was very undecided the type of car I wanted to buy, Oliver Powell is the best! He listened to what I wanted from a car and found me exactly what I wanted, he explained everything in great depth and nothing was too much trouble, he made the changeover very smooth and worked hard to ensure I could pick my new car up exactly when I wanted it, I have no hesitation in recommending your dealership, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else in the future, definitely a five star review from me, thank you.

I was recommended by a good friend to buy a Lexus car. He'd bought a four year old one and had enjoyed over 2 years of trouble free and luxurious motoring.I took his advice and bought an NX in Dec 20. This car has been the best car I have ever owned, by far. I include new Mercedes 230E's in the late 80's/90's costing then £40,000. The car has been a joy to drive and all my passengers have been totally at ease and delighted with the comfort.Now, I've been thinking about electric cars for a while and I always get fidgety when I've owned a car for coming up to 3 years.This made me look at one or two brands but I was not overly smitten and decided to ring Listers to see what they might suggest. I was put through to Dan, in sales, and explained, as best I could, what was on my mind. After a chat he suggested I leave him to come up with some suggestions which he emailed over to me later that day.Within a week or so I am driving an electric car with which I am absolutely delighted. The work Dan has put in to educate me in the ways of electric cars has been exceptional and hugely appreciated. The entire Listers staff have been superb, not least, the lovely ladies on reception whose choices of beverage seemed endless.I have been shown what driving electric cars is all about and the fixation that I had, as I imagine many motorists have on range, is not a deal killer at all. The secret lies in being educated in living with an entirely new propulsion system of the automobile and, believe me, it is all very well worth the effort.Finally, bravo to Listers and their staff and especially to Dan.

The staff at Lexus Lincoln are very accommodating, friendly & aim to please. Nothing is too much trouble and you never feel under pressure when dealing with them. This is the second car I have purchased from them. I love my new NX Takumi. Its a different class to the old model.

Listers Lexus Lincoln had my dream car in my dream specification and even the perfect colour. I had to at least see if it was a practical choice, so arranged a test drive (125 miles away) very easily and upon arrival with my wife and our dog, we were made more than welcome. Oliver Powell looked after us really well and reception even had dog biscuits and a water bowl on hand!Negotiating the purchase and finance was OK, and everything went smoothly. My part-ex was on a personalised registration that needed to be removed via post. DVLA processed this rapidly, but frustratingly (as I have now learnt) no HPI provider has a real-time feed of this information. Any change made after midnight on Tuesday each week will only be processed by the HPI provider the following Wednesday - albeit at 12:01 on Wednesday!This wasn't the fault of anyone at Listers and both Olly & Tom Holding (Sales Manager) kept in touch and were on top of this.They looked after me, even loaning a lovely UX250h demo for a few days whilst this was getting finalised.The handover itself was great, Olly once again delivering answers to every question and ensuring not only that I was happy, but that I was safe and understood the safety features of the new car.I'm back in a Lexus after many years and it's a great place to be!Last comment will be that Olly has also made a future sale - our additional car in a few years time will be a UX250h :-)Thanks to Olly & Tom, service like this is great to experience.

I recently purchased my Lexus UX from Listers in Lincoln, and I must say that the service I received was excellent from the start. Initially, I dealt with Juan, but soon after, Oliver took over my order and handled every query I had throughout my Lexus experience.I have bought cars from various dealerships over the years, but I have to admit that Listers Lincoln is probably the best one I've encountered so far. Oliver, in particular, has been very helpful, and his assistance has been greatly appreciated. Additionally, it doesn't hurt that he is also very easy on the eyes and a genuinely lovely guy.

I have just changed my car to a Lexus 250h SUV and the salesman Oliver provide a first class very professional service from start to finish and fully explained the controls etc for the car. The deal went very smoothly and the handover could not have been better Thank you Oliver

Thank you to Listers Lexus Lincoln for such a great buying experience. From the moment we entered the showroom we were treated with the utmost respect and through the whole selection and purchasing process were never rushed or pressured and were assisted at each stage to enable us to make the right choice for us.We were initially looked after by by Lewis and Kevin from Lexus and Ed from Toyota. Although we had to wait a few months for the car to arrive, this phase was also seamless and we were assisted by Oliver and Jamie in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to enjoying our new car and trouble-free motoring supported by the service team.
