Excellent customer service, always responsive and ready to help with all your queries and requests. They also have a fleet of in-house couriers that will collect samples straight from your clinic!

I've been working with VHL since May ordering tests for my clients on a daily basis. I couldn't recommend them more. Their customer service is outstanding! I was particularly impressed when a few days ago I realised I that I've ordered the wrong test for my client! The client (7 year old boy) was coming to London for their blood draw the next day and unfortunately the phlebotomist didn't have a spare kit for the test they needed. Rescheduling the blood draw wasn't an option as the family have already booked the train tickets/hotel especially for this! That made me panic! I called VHL and was told that unfortunately their daily courier has just left... once I explained the whole situation, they called the driver and asked him to come back to pick up that one additional kit for my client. That's what you call customer service! This lab is honestly so easy to work with. Whenever there's an issue with a sample etc., it's resolved in no time. I couldn't be more satisfied as their customer & I wholeheartedly recommend them.
