We are a Charity and in good faith booked UK Casino Hire for an event scheduled for the end of November 2023.I became suspicious following numerous calls, WhatsApp and texts sent to Matthew asking for promised pictures and a list of decorations that he was going to bring. no reply. I explained our Charity to him and our intention to raise money for the local community, children's Halloween Party and the Christmas lunch we put on for the over 70s in the village, the upkeep of the football pitches for local teams to play on and the general day to day running of the village hall. Matthew explained that he would ensure our night was one to remember.Yes you have guessed it, since we paid for 3 tables we have had nothing back from him apart from false promises or excuses and then promises to send pictures and lists of items he was going to bring.We held an extraordinary committee meeting and it was decided we would cancel as we did not have confirmation that Matthew and his team were even going to show up to run the event.I progressed the cancellation and Matthew then wanted to talk. I explained due to his lack of communication the committee had made the decision to cancel and I could not change that.During this time the name of the company changed to eventertainment Events. Phone numbers changed and information on companies House and TripAdvisor disappeared.Did we get our refund I hear you ask, the answer is No we do not!. Our next steps involve the bank, police and then small claims court.What else can we do.

We hired the magic mirror from UK Fun Casino Hire through the PopTop website - our wedding was on 8 June 2023. Unfortunately, communication from this company is extremely poor, although, they did turn up and set up on time. Unfortunately the guy who attended the wedding to set up and run the selfie station left without handing over the USB stick with the photos which came as part of the package. Speaking with Matt at UKFCH, he assured me that this would be sorted and the USB stick sent to us, this then changed to photos being sent to us as a file transfer. Still, 2 month later, we have not received either and communication from Matt is now non-existent. I’d advise others to be aware, and potentially look at other providers if you are wanting stress free piece of mind.

Communication from this company is awful, they girls did arrive and set up on time and they were lovely but unfortunately they brought the wrong table to my 40th birthday party my wife had ordered Texas Holden poker and they brought black jack, the ladies then asked my wife if she had brought the prize but my wife was told this was included in the package, they then had to buy a bottle over the bar.Matt did contact my wife and offered a discount to make up for the mix up which she accepted. The refund has still not been processed and now Matt is ignoring his messages and emails from her. Beware when booking they are quick enough to take your money but will not rectify mistakes there end. Such a shame to be treated this way. If they had no intention of refunding the money why offer it!

Really excellent service. Prompt communication throughout, arrived on time with good equipment and friendly staff. Be aware the tables are quite big so allow enough space to show them off at their best - we put them in an 8x4m marquee, sharing with a Photo Booth and it was a bit squashed but made for a great atmosphere. Really accommodating and kept the tables packed til after midnight. Thanks so much - will definitely be using you again.

We hired a poker table with croupier. Matthew was super responsive throughout, competitively priced and did everything he could to make sure our evening went smoothly (which was not easy in the circumstances). Couldn't recommend more.

Matt was great from initial quote, he was easy to contact and book. At the event he was super friendly and put everyone at ease.The whole party loved the addition of a black jack table - it really made our event!Thanks Matt - couldn't recommend 'UK Fun Casino Hire' any more.

Matthew at UK Fun Casino Hire made the whole evening a huge success. I can highly recommend them, they communicated well, were set up an hour before we were due to start, the equipment was good quality and they were very presentable and professional as croupiers.A really really fun evening was had by all!

Do not use this company at all costs. Communication is so poor that I thought I had been scammed! They ended up turning up on the night, the 2 croupiers were lovely and did a good job but the roulette table was of really poor quality, nothing like the picture on the website. I booked with Matthew as he had a James Bond package! Well let’s say that James Bond did not turn up on the night!! All we had were 2 small Perspex Bond shadows which must have been 3 foot tall and 2 broken up cardboard cutouts! No background or anything like that! I was so angry and embarrassed! The red carpet was about 4 foot long with 2 broken posts! Shocking just shocking. I of course complained and got a message from Matthew offering some money back. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting as he has now stopped all communication with us. Scammer!
