Used UPVC Windows and Doors

Purchased a brand new composite door from Used UPVC Windows and Doors on Saturday and from start to finish the process has been amazing! The colleague in the showroom was very friendly and polite and really took their time in showing us which doors were suitable to our measurements. We were then provided with a contact number for a fitter called Dave as we live further away from Doncaster and again very polite and professional! Dave came to fit my door today and ensured the standard of fitting was second to none. Dave made sure to leave my hallway and garden clean and tidy of any mess from the previous door. Myself and my partner have had an excellent experience and will be back again in the future to purchase our new front door. Would highly recommend both Used UPVC Windows and Doors and Dave. :)

Fantastic service! Ordered a wheelchair accessible door for the rear of the garage to allow for motorbike entry. UUWD we’re brilliant from their fast reply’s to my query’s ( even out of hours) to getting my order shipped. Great door at a great price. Also the couriers they use to deliver were spot on. All round great experience!

Easy to order and arrange delivery. We got a beautiful door with side panels for an absolute bargain and delivery to Scotland. My husband fitted it himself and our builder done the brick work. I will definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

What a find, no word of a lie, within 5 minutes we had picked a door, paid for it & arranged delivery. They are really well organised, everything available to see, and staff really know they're stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional all round Company and service !We called to inquire about having a couple of windows and a door fitted and from the word go the customer service was excellent, they quickly arranged for a fitter to come out and measure up.The guy who came was fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. We initially only wanted x2 windows and a door measured up but we were so impressed we asked him to measure up for everything as he said he could at the time keep all our measurements on the system for future fittings.After about a week I received a Whatsapp message from the company with photos of 4 doors I could choose from that would fit. We picked and they arranged a date to fit. In this case, fitted within a week !.The fitter who came again was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, the workmanship is excellent and to such a high standard we couldn't have been happier, so much so we booked in for another door to be fitted. Again the fitter did an amazing job going above and beyond. I had mentioned to him how I had this unsightly 8 inch gap between my door and ceiling which had been there since we bough the house. When the job was done and he called me to look at the job done he had tidied all this up with white edging and even fitted it around my alarm sensor it looks amazing !On my last door I had a slight issue with the locking mechanism on the window (as it was a stable door) not locking. I messaged them to ask if anything could be done. Within 30 mins I had a video message, a phone call and they arranged to send out a fitter who arrived the next day and installed a new handle what more could you want.Sending payment to this company is easy I sent bank transfer you pay half the total as a deposit and the rest on completion.I had one window which I paid for but there was an issue their end which they couldn't help, they contacted me straight away and refunded instantly.In conclusion if like us initially you are bit hesitant at the words Used Windows and Doors" don't be

I’ve been after another stable door for quite a while, but my door is not standard size & I had a particular one in mind. Over these past few months Lee has never forgotten, sending photo's just in case I liked them. Then the exact one that I was after came up, got a call, bought online & fitting day was all arranged by Del. all within a few minutes.Del said he would be here at 8am & arrived on the dot, really nice guy who was a great representative of the company & very professional. He did a great job, door was fitted to a high standard & old door & any mess cleared & taken away.Can't tell how pleased I am, it is exactly what I was after.I am by no means local but that has never been an issue for this great company. I have been a customer of Used UPVC since July 2018 & this is my fourth door.I have no hesitation in recommending Used UPVC doors.Thank youKeri

We bought a used front door with glass side lights either side. It was to be installed on our garage to replace an old wooden one. It was delivered when they said it would be and I was pleased by the condition of it. It is now fitted and once the door was adjusted it opens and closes smoothly. I highly recommend this company.
