We had a faultless installation of solar panels and associated equipment by Sheerwater Solar.Straightforward well informed quote through to handover was excellent.Install 8 months ago there are definite worthwhile savings on electrical bills, hot water comes for free in the summer months!Tomorrow we are getting a couple more panels and battery fitted.

Good personal response to initial enquiry soon followed up by visit to assess the property and inspect/measure the roof. Comprehensive quote provided and adjusted to suit our requirements.Installation done quickly and efficiently by a friendly team of people.Equipment looks good and neatly installed and seems to all be working OK.Glad we used this local company. Bigger companies who quoted were very unresponsive after providing initial quotes.

I cannot fault the service provided by Mark, George and the team at Sheerwater Solar.At the initial visit, our individual needs were carefully considered and the best products recommended. Being a local, independent provider means that they can select products from different manufacturers and are not fixed to one brand (as per the big companies who only offered us what they had bulk bought).The quality of installation was fantastic.Nothing is too much for the team, they are very friendly, considerate and approachable.We have in-built panels (look so much nicer than the ones that sit on top of the roof tiles and no pigeon issues!) and a battery, both of which are working perfectly. We are now having the company back to fit an electric car charger.We have recommended this company to two other families, both of whom have also been very happy with Sheerwater Solar.

We select Sheerwater Solar as they were very approachable and responsive to our questions.The actual installation was quick and to my expectations. The team were professional , helpful and kept me informed.I did not click 'Good value' as that has still to be proven through the system performance - but it is looking hopeful.We were very please with Sheerwater Solar, the one area that could be improved are some areas of the Handover PackThe following comments are applicable to all the prospective suppliers, prospective buyers should note- The information provided by the various tenderers appeared sensible at the time. However it was only when the system is operational that you fully start to understand how and where the savings are achieved.- The installed system includes a battery, looking back now there was no significant advice given as to the most economical size of battery.- in retrospect revising the 'Predicted System Performance' there does appear to be weaknesses in the way it is presented

I cannot fault any part of my engagement with Sheerwater Solar from the initial discussion, discussing the benefits of the different options to the end result which looks amazing and is performing extremely well. We had a 5.5kw in-roof system, with 15kw battery and an EV charger. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
