I knew what scooter i needed the two young ladies gave me the information on all of the scooter questions I asked. Then into car park to make sure that it would fit into the boot of my prime smart car it did had a drive round cols frosty morning back to showroom paper work completed ordered 20 mile range which was not in stock about two week lead time then did insurance nothing was hurried or pushy I asked for the insurance. Pleasant and professional.

The staff in store are warm, helpful and friendly and are happy to help and advise on any matter related to their products. The shop itself is clean, bright and easily accessible and full of useful items. Shopping at Clearwell is a real pleasure.

Went into branch with my neighbours June and bob to get bob an electric riser chair.We met Gaby who was so helpful and made bob feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and helped us get the chair that was right for bob. Would definitely recommend GABY at hive branch. Thank you for all your help.

Brought two feeding beakers or mugs, both have very loose lids have to use tape to keep them attached to the beaker, twice now once with cranberry juice, once with hot water my husband was soaked not to mention slightly red from the water. Not impressed I shall be returning ASAP.

Your engineer arrived just before 1pm yesterday to replace the worn carriage and having dismantled the lift it soon became apparent that the replacement part was not compatable.This however did not deter him and after many hours he managed to improvise using parts from both carriages to successfully repair the stair lift. Please forward my heartfelt thanks to him for persevering and not giving up until the job was successfully completed. It’s rare to come across someone these days with such dedication to helping people like my mother who is so reliant upon these devices in order to make her life liveable. Yesterday I took my dad to this branch to look for a new wheelchair as we were both struggling with his current one. Gaby was amazing. She was very helpful and spoke to my dad about other things that could help him make things easier for himself. We left with a few other items aswell as the new wheelchair, she even pushed the old one back to car for me whilst I pushed my dad in the new one. My dad was so impressed with how insightful she was it has made him look at the catalogue at the other suggested items. Thanks for all your help Gaby and making my dad feel comfortable talking about his struggles

A+++ Very big, lots of scooters and wheelchairs on display, plus all the items you can think of, it's huge. Very friendly staff, helpful. I definitely recommend to check them out.If I may,It would be nice to replicate the outside wold for wheelchairs & Scooters but indoor.Thank youGilles Guichard XXG
