Excellent 24/7 service. Special mention for Simon who provided timely and outstanding support. He dropped the wheelchair off at Gatwick, arranged for taxi at a very reasonable cost for the drop-off and pick-up. Would highly recommend their services.

Simply amazing customer service and very comfortable chairs. I had an minor issue with a wheelchair at a weekend. I expected a response on the Monday, but they came out and exchanged the chair on the Sunday - there aren't many companies that would do this. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely superb service. Great communication and customer service. Would definitely use them again. I live in London but needed a wheelchair for my visiting mum, arriving to Heathrow. I was met promptly at the arrivals area and chair delivered, explained it's use and return instructions. The ultra lightweight is just that and very comfortable and practical. Great for a week of sightseeing and shopping. Upon return we were met at the check-in counter of our flight and at the time, was still fumbling around with baggage and hadn't had a chance to go get an airport wheelchair. The young lad went to get one for me and brought it over so we could swap. Saved me a ton of aggration and time. Highly recommended!

We rented the light weight chair for 2 weeks and it was great! Easy pickup and drop-off at Heathrow. I would recommend the seat pad and rain poncho they worked very well.

They absolutely saved our vacation!! Here for a week with kids and Grandparents from the States. Grandma with her knees and back just couldn't keep up. I calledand was greeted by a very professional voice, Susan, willing to help! They promptly delivered the chair to the British Museum entrance! Outstanding service and communication. We were so thrilled with the service, we ordered a second chair late in the afternoon and it was delivered to our Airbnb flat in Kensington first thing the next morning. I highly recommend to any traveler in need of a reputable, professional company while on vacation.

Nobody answers the phone even though the phone line should be open according to the answering message on the phone!! Also several websites, business names and Google maps all go to the same line so I'm not sure if there's something dodgy going on
