I had reflexology with Claire to help bring on natural labour and although it turned out natural labour was not possible for me and c section was required she was such a great help. She spent time really getting to know me and discuss my birth plan and pregnancy in detail. I found this invaluable to help me feel empowered to make my own choices with regards to the birth of my baby boy. Her in depth experience as a midwife clearly is a big bonus here! I have already highly recommended her to many friends and will continue to recommend her to any pregnant family and friends.

At any stage of pregnancy I highly highly recommend Serenity Birth Therapies. Claire was so lovely and professional. I saw Claire towards the end of my pregnancy for Birth Preperation. I looked forward to each session and they were extremely precious to me. After each session I felt relaxed, envigorated and positive about my birth. I had the best full body massage, Claire was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel at ease even before the massage had begun!We picked out the three oils to be put together and to make the scent that suited me!She was professional and friendly and I can’t recommend her enough, I was 36+4 when I had my massage and I couldn’t be happier with how she propped me with pillows and made me as comfy and relaxed as I could be!Claire really was so lovely and as she is a midwife even said about if I have any questions that I could message her!Chloe

Claire is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable in her field. She makes you feel completely at ease and has the advantage of being an experienced Midwife and therefore able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have very recently experienced acupuncture and aromatherapy with serenity birth therapies and am so very glad I did!!As a very anxious and emotional first time mum to be I want to give my mind and body the best chance at achieving calm for my pregnancy and birth.I can honestly say the whole experience was so reassuring. Claire was informal, kind and great to talk to as well as the treatment and environment she made calm and relaxing. I felt safe and reassured!I now a few days later already feel well rested! Claire supported me with the preparation for my third cesarean, I had a difficult experience during my second section which resulted in a lot of anxiety for me around the spinal block procedure. Using reflexology, acupuncture needles in my ears, and oil blends helped me with the anxiety before and during my section.Postnatally I also had support from Claire which was so helpful.
