Poor would be a great rating for blinds2go do yourself a favour and go to blinds direct not only do u get a option to get your blind made again if you measure wrong (which I didn’t by the way) but you also get a far better quality blind and serviceThey think you want their name on a badge on your blinds that’s not even straight (like mine) they were also scratchedTo add to my misery they sent the wrong brackets so I had to wait another week to receive themWill never use againYou have been warned!

I've used this company a few times now for blinds. After dealing with their customer service after a blind broke, I'll never be using them again.It's always a good way to find out how good a company is when you need to deal with something going wrong.They have not been great to deal with. Firstly they didn't want to repair a blind even though it was just a snapped string. Said to throw it away and buy a new one. Not very eco friendly wasting a blind for the sake of a string.Eventually they agreed to attempt a repair so I sent the blind to them at quite a hefty price, which they claimed was not delivered. Submitted all the details from the courier and still they can't locate it.Personally I'll be avoiding this company going forward and I'd recommend you do too.

Ordered Click2Go Roman Blinds which damaged my wall completely. When I send a complaint with a photos and proofed that I took a right measurement I have been told it’s my fault because I should send them enquiry about type of wall I have before ordering. In my opinion Blinds2Go should to inform their customers which types of wall are suitable. The spring in the headrail is way to hard. That would damage every type of wall and I think that’s the problem.I asked for refund but Blinds2Go refused my request so I have to ask for help appropriate organisation.
