Sara is the most wonderful, warm and experienced reflexologist, and walking into her beautiful, calm and natural home for my sessions immediately puts me at ease, ready to let go, and enjoy some much needed “me time”. I cannot recommend her highly enough - I would see her 5 days a week if I could! Lucy x

Diamond is the word! Sara is awesome! I had reflexology whilst pregnant and in addition Sara supported me last minute when I was in labour to help restart my labour through reflexology. She dropped everything at the last moment to support my needs and successfully got me back into labour. I have never had reflexology before but I can say that I had a wonderful first time experience with Sara. A beautiful space, a lovely and relaxing hour, I left feeling so much lighter and less stressed. Sara is a lovely and very kind person, I can’t recommend her highly enough. I highly recommend Sara for reflexology treatments. She is an amazing reflexologist with a warm and caring personality. She genuinely wants to help her clients and I have found that her treatments have been incredibly beneficial for my anxiety.Sara creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere for her treatments. Her treatment room is always beautifully scented and her house is so inviting and comfortable.During my treatments, she always takes the time to understand my specific needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable about reflexology and she is always happy to answer any questions I have.I have noticed a significant improvement in my anxiety levels since I started seeing Sara. I feel more relaxed and calm after each treatment and I am able to manage my anxiety better overall. She is a truly gifted healer.

Love this place! Such a peaceful atmosphere. I initially came to see Sara with some feet issues and she was great at making me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Your whole experience with Sara is so cleansing. From the moment you walk through her front door, her gorgeous home and energy have you calm. She is so talented and supportive- I saw Sara through my pregnancy and she guided me and kept me positive throughout. Couldnt recommend her enough!

Sara is so lovely and kind that helps you relax which I'd pay for regardless. And then on top of that, almost like a bonus if it wasnt the reason you were going, her treatments are wonderful and soothing, she knows the parts of your foot that need working on without you saying and her knowledge on how those points are connected to the rest of our systems is amazing. She knows her job very well.
