From my first appointment and test drive, right through to delivery, I was most impressed with the service and attention of the team at Lexus Twickenham. Dumitru Serbin was my consultant and I can’t rate him highly enough. He followed through on all requests and tweaks to the booking, ensuring the process was explained fully.This was our first new car in 15 years, our previous Lexus still going strong, but the opportunity for change came along. Lexus is a brand to trust, so it wasn’t difficult to decide on another, even after comparable research.Thank you Dumitru and Lexus Twickenham; I’m delighted with my NX 450h+!

I have recently purchased a car at Lexus Twickenham, friendly and efficient service. Dumitru Serbin has gone above and beyond while supporting me with car purchase and he helped as much as possible from applying for financing to signing the final paperwork and even driving the vehicle off to my address. I didn’t have a clear idea of what car I wanted to choose and hesitated a lot. However, Dumitru was knowledgeable, professional and he weighed out the pros and cons of few models based on his personal/work experience and continuing professional development trainings outcomes. He answered hundreds of my questions patiently. Despite I have owned my car for few weeks, I still pop in and ask questions about car and he makes me feel welcoming and finds time to help.
