Needed a PCR fit to fly test done for a flight on 28th December.Not only were they open on Boxing Day (a Sunday) but I paid for a test result in 24 hours and they actually got it back to me that same evening!!!!Outstanding service, thoroughly recommend.

Called the day before to book a 12:15 appointment, was told over the phone by Leni that it was all confirmed and fine with a rapid test to board my flight from Heathrow at 2:55, as well as receiving a confirmation text.Arrive the next day at 12:05 to find a Huge Queue of Very disgruntled people, all with appointments. At least four others had the exact same time as me, but had only booked an hour before online. Only three customers were allowed inside at once, at least ten people waiting outside on the busy street. After waiting outside for nearly 30 mins in the cold whilst trying desperately to call and text the number of Leni, who had sent me the confirmation text and spoken to me twice the day before. No answer to anything. I explained that I was going to miss my flight and the others in line very kindly let me go to the front. Some of whom had small children, or had already been waiting for an hour plus. I have been a return customer of LML since COVID began, but will never be bringing my business here again, terrible customer service and no way to contact anyone if something goes wrong due to their ‘long wait times’ on the head office line.

I just want to thank you all for your lovely and friendly support and service, especially Andrew who was there for us all the time. Next day result and again excellent customer service. I really recommend this place for everyone who's looking for unique service.Thank you again

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent services. I also used the beauty department in the same building and I was taken back by the quality of the services and fairly reasonable prices for what is being offered. My laser treatment has been effective beyond my expectations and I recommend this to all my friends.
