Please avoid using these, they know nothing about health!!!Had a medical report done by this company for a job with the Coastguard. Their occupational health doctor wanted more info about my health condition from my GP, who don't really deal with it. They submitted their report back to the Coastguard agency and there were so many errors in it which subsequently made me unfit for the role I applied for. I lodged an appeal sending in a letter from my specialist Consultant which gave a better understanding of my condition and she also stated that I lead an optimal lifestyle now due to the medication I take. HML'S doctor looked at this and in my opinion totally disregarded the info I had presented. He also said that I would have a poor attendance due to being tired all the time as a result of the physical exertion from the role. It must be noted that the role is voluntary and I am not required to attend every call out, about 50% was suggested at the interview stage.I am still trying to prove my fitness still but this company have now shut the door on me and are not interested in anymore professional information.

I was subject to their doctors report on my fitness for work. His report was half baked and perverse. He didn't even interview me . So I have had to lodge an appeal to try and get my ill health pension. Obviously these just give the report that supports the employer not the worker.

The most horrendous company to use as an employer - unfortunately my company has commissioned them, As a manager you can waste hours on their clunky IT systems. My heart sinks when I need to refer someone as I know that I will be wasting hours of my time and the poor employee will have zero benefit from the process.
