Very disappointed!I came to the shop to see what to buy and they tell me : you need to buy online and whait 48hour to be colect when I see they have in stock and they can give straight away!Not recomand at all!

All good .... Ordering through a speaker is not ideal but not big deal if it is just for collection.

I ordered some cut pieces via their aluminium warehouse online portal. I was contacted by Simon (e-mail) as they didn't have the correct thickness in stock so I chose a slightly thinner product and also changed my cutting instruction. The lengths I wanted were achieved with a tolerance of +0.05mm/-0mm (!!!) and 0,1mm oversize which is excellent in my book and allowed me to just draw-file and polish the edges myself to get dead-on finished pieces. I'd have otherwise had to pay for machining services to get items manufactured with this sort of tolerance.

Excellent customer service from Paul Kemal. Anodised sections delivered next day even in the week before Xmas. Avoid it's sister company, Aluminium Warehouse, as their customer service is very much lacking. I thoroughly recommend AlloySales.

Bought some anodised channel for collection. when i came to pick up i couldnt fit in van. They were happy to cut down for me. Very helpful staff, will use again.
