Nice people who want to help outhers

No help at all would rather ask my 3 year old for advice they never return my calls and solicitors just hide away somewhere carnt talk with them at any pointjust received one letter from them saying they carnt help ,My wife at work saved some old mans life because he was being abused by some care workers , she had to report it to the police and social workers and since then she has been sacked as she blew the whistle ,on the care home ,solicitors said what detriment has she suffered we carnt help you , social workers found they had been abuse at that care home and because of my wife s disclosure a lot of elderly people are know safe , However my wife has lost her job , and the unison just didnt care , we have been paying unison for 15 years now aprox £10 per month i should have saved all that money and got my own solicitors or home insurance with legal aid included

Trying to help a unison member to get representation but really not getting or giving him any support. Very poor service all round. Even the complaint he logged has not been responded too. So much for supporting its members.

I got what I needed.

Tried to get in touch regarding an urgent employment matter, and despite ringing on four separate occasions over three weekdays, nobody answered the phone or replied to the messages we left.The central call centre was no help either. Must try harder. C-.

My union representative was very understanding and supportive of me, regarding a complex workplace mater at my school of employment. The school I worked at treated me unfairly, was very rude and had extermley toxic leadership staff, especially the head teacher who offered me no development.My rep was highly supportive to help me throughout the process, both in meetings and with mental wellbeing. Although the outcome was completely unfair by the head teacher, my rep was able to help me to keep my pay entitlement until the end.If you have problems in a school get a union representative involved!Thank you Unison.
